Bobby Williams goes above and beyond to help you get your dream home. When we first approached Bobby he gave us a run down of all Meridiana has to offer and showed us all the amenities and schools within the community. He never rushed our questions and always found the tough questions and answers quickly. We purchased a new home and are very happy with Bobby and the Perry staff. They made the experience easy going and cleared up any issues we had promptly.The homes and community is phenomenal. Loved the welcome home gift. Love how Perry does all the things other builders are not willing to do to make the customer happy such as the gift basket, the cool keys, and etc... if your looking for a new home talk with Bobby he will help you get that dream home!

I’ve watched Meridiana grow from Raw Land! It’s a wonderful RESORT community in the south! It’s the jewel of the South! The amenities are soft the charts!!! Perfect for families!I often visit the fabulous Perry Homes and visit with sales counselor, Gabrielle Walton! Gabrielle knows her product and cares for her clients! Perry’s product is by far one of the best I have ever seen! Thank you Gabby & Perry Homes for always making me feel FABULOUS!

I cant say enough about Gabrielle and my home buying process. Gabrielle dotted every I and crossed every T. If has been there to answer all questions even without me asking her to find out the answer. She is the most professional individual that ive met and Im a supervisor. Perry is very luxky to have her as a part of the team. She genuinely cares about the families and that is a rare quality that you cant train someone to have.

We initially came to the community to just look around not realizing we were going to fall in love with the community and eventually buy a house here! It’s a bit of a commute to the galleria area but coming home to our beautiful Perry home in this nice quite neighborhood makes it all worth it. Our neighbors are very friendly, the staff at the welcome center are all friendly and very helpful, the food at the restaurant is really good, landscaping throughout the community is beautifully kept, Gabby our sales associate from Perry Homes was wonderful, kind and very very patient with us during the whole building process, streets are quite, barely any cars are parked on the street, gym is always clean, my 3yr old loves the pool and the playground. Overall, we are very happy here and so glad we stumbled upon this community!

Our house construction was recently complete. We felt like we had made the right choice on choosing Perry Homes as the builder for our first house. Even though, there were little hiccups here and there, Gabrielle, Sergio and Daniel were willing to assist and making sure that the problems were fixed. My wife and I recently bought a house in Iowa colony, Meridiana subdivision, man Im telling you this is living at its finest, before I saw this subdivision I told my wife this was too far for me to move, but let me tell you when I first saw this homes ,particularly Perry Homes I fell in love, I told my wife this is it Ill do what it takes to get us a home here ,the sales lady Gabrielle Walton, man she is so awesome made us feel so welcomed and inviting, I was sold ,you just have to see it to believe it, truthfully we visited a lot of other builders in the subdivision including David Weekly, but none compared to Perry homes, every day I opened my door after a hard day of work I just feel so blessed to have made this decision just visit this lovely neighborhood and I promise you will be blown away also .
