We had the best experience with Perry Homes. I came in with my clients who knew they wanted a house there but indecisive on which home they liked the best. Chris Plaskett was so patient with them and extremely helpful going over each plan to help them make an informed decision, one that was best for them. He is very professional and you can tell he not only has experience in the industry but also knows his product and how to best ascertain what his clients needs are so they are happy. The mark of a true salesperson is when you can tell they love helping their clients and believe in what they are selling. Chris embodies that 100%.

We had a great experience working with Perry Homes. Upon entering the model home, we were immediately greeted by Chris Plaskett. He was friendly and attentive to our home needs. He was also very responsive during our entire home buying process. Our home is lovely, and the area is beautiful!

Excellent experience with Perry Homes. I agree with the other reviews, Mr. Chris Plaskett is the best. I came to Perry Homes after a horrible experience with another builder. Mr. Chris listened, provided insight, and was genuinely concerned with me finding the right home. It was wonderful working with Mr. Chris. The home I purchased is beautiful. This community is a SHOW STOPPER!! The customer service is top notch! I had the pleasure of working with Chris. Chris is absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable and great with customers. I worked with Chris Plaskett in the Perry homes somerset 70 foot lot community, and he was very patient and understanding with us. He gave us his full attention and time and really helped us get the home we wanted. I am really grateful for working with us and I felt that he was our partner rather than a seller. I highly recommend working with him. You won’t regret it!!
