7 Months In and Loving Our Perry Home!We’ve been in our Perry home for 7 months now and have had a great experience so far! We started with Julio as our sales advisor, and he was so genuine, transparent, and straightforward, exactly what you’d want in a salesperson. Anytime we needed him, he was quick to respond and super helpful.After signing the contract, we were passed over to Jared and his team, and they’ve been awesome! I’ve built a home before with Gehan (now Brightland) and had a terrible experience with their customer service, so this was really important to me for our “forever” home. Jared is fantastic—he takes so much pride in taking care of the homes in this community, and you can tell. He treats the builds like they’re his own and is super meticulous about the details. Jared and Jossue are both great!Every time I’ve reached out to Jared, he’s been incredibly responsive. He’s even checked in a couple of times since we moved in to make sure everything is going well, which I’ve never seen a builder do before. The level of care and dedication Jared and his team bring is exceptional. Perry should be proud to have Julio, Jared, Jossue—they truly make the company shine!I almost went with Highland over Perry because of all the great things I’d heard about their customer service, but I’m so glad I chose Perry. So far, it’s been a great experience. Our home is absolutely beautiful and we’ve already received so many compliments on it!
