As first time home buyers, we had an excellent experience in purchasing our Perry Home with the help of Mr. Edgar Ortega. The process took exactly one month and my fiancé was able to move in first a little over a week after closing. This does NOT happen during a pandemic, so HUGE kudos to Edgar in making this happen! He was very accessible, easygoing and honest which really made our experience positive. I highly recommend looking into this area! We LOVE our first home!
