Kallison Ranch is a great place if you are looking for great home. Many options to choose from and 2 year warranty for homes. Mr. James Pool is the person to see if you’d like to learn more. We’ve been a resident since 2019 and it’s been nice working with Mr. Pool from start to finish. He truly cares and is always following up to see how our family is enjoying the home and Kallison Ranch community.

I have no idea where to begin...My wife and I have had a GREAT experience with Perry Homes especially with James Pool. We met James over a year ago when we decided to move to Texas. James Pool has treated my wife and I as if we were the only family buying a house at Kallison Ranch. He is prompt, always willing to help, comes in early, stays late, and he even went to bat for us on a minor concern. I dont have enough space or time to write about James. ***James Pool is the best rep weve ever worked with. If anyone from Perry Homes is reading this James Pool should be your lead trainer on how to sell houses. James has never chased the money, he never pressured us or rushed us. He has been there for the last year during this process and I can count on one hand how many times he wasnt able to answer a call from my wife or I. However, he called us back within minutes. ***Side note...we had a TON of question for James - so for him to answer is phone a couple hundred times and miss just 3 or so is amazing. The experience has been amazing and if you are looking to build a home talk to James Pool with Perry Homes. On a scale of 1 to 10 James deserves at least a 50!!!

LOVE PERRY! We have been here for 4 years and have had ZERO problems with our home. The 2-yr warranty inspection turned up with barely any write-ups and only minor ones at that. Highly recommend this builder and James Pool was a fantastic help.

I have really enjoyed James Pools partnership. I have known him for about 1 year and 2 months, but some how it feels like I have known him longer. He has some amazing qualities, which explains why we clicked. He makes you feel welcome, hes friendly, honest and highly knowledgeable. I went by the other day and it was one hot day. We had some small talk and on my way out he offered me a bottle of water. The level of service he offers comes natural to him, which is why I highly recommend. From the moment my wife and I entered the model home to the time we closed on the property, we were given exemplary customer service. James Pool is respectful, polite, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, but above all he is TRUSTWORTHY. When we experienced set backs, which in most cases there will always be, he didnt play the blame game. He got on the phone spoke to whom he needed to and resolved the issue. I must have called him 20 times. I called him about everything, asking things like (whats the date for this? or where do I go to buy that? etc.) he remained patient and understanding. I especially liked the fact that if James didnt have the answer to a question I asked, he knew where to go to find one. It was an overall pleasant experience. James succeeded in making our home buying experience a FANTASTIC one. WELL DONE on all fronts.
