I strongly recommend Perry Homes to my friends and family for many reasons.We had a great experience with Perry homes, our process was very seamless and easy. The Sales people was very friendly and helpful. We love our home!!The quality of the built and the products are top grade and we also feel Perry utilizes the space properly while building the house, which is more useful for residents.The Construction manager, Joshua Gordon was very helpful, and he educated us with some tips on how to take care of the house and suggested few things which are helpful to maintain the house.Shabhu Budhwani is the best sales person I come across, She was very helpful to us till we close the deal and get the house we liked. She is very flexible and helpful, she is also very knowledgably with all the products, offers the company provides and suggested us to pick the best ones which suits us.Overall, our experience with Perry homes was great and easy.

Perry homes is one of the best builders in the industry. One thing I love about the way they build is they are super clean and when your doing your final walk thru it actually looks like a move in ready home. The construction manager in this community are great? The second thing I can say about Perry home 60s in harvest green is their salesperson shabu. She is so helpful and geniuely cares more about helping our clients then just selling them a home. I highly recommend you meet and speak to shabu if your looking to buy a home in harvest green!

I did lot of research before settling down with Perry Homes. I have strongly recommend Perry Homes to my friends & family because of multiple reasons:1. The quality of the product that is being used to build the house is top grade for reasonable rate.2. Their construction team: Joshua Gordon was the project manager who worked on my house and as per my Inspector, he couldnt find a single flaw with the build. which happens very rarely even in new build houses. Its a new house and I have been here for year and half but there are no visible cracks or leakage when the house settles down.3. Above all the sales team: Shabu Budhwani is one of the best sales person I have come across. She knows her business and goes out of her way to make sure things are delivered as promised by the company.
