I’ll start of by saying I wish there was an option to add a sixth star to this review. My wife and I did extensive research in choosing a builder for our dream home and I am extremely happy to say that we have no regrets choosing Perry. We are currently in the building phase and thus far its been nothing but perfection and quality. I would like to say a huge thanks to our sales rep Mr Tray Cunningham for the quality of service that he and his project team has provided thus far during the design and construction phase. My wife and I are very picky when it comes to our home and Tray & his team were very patient and catered to all of our requests with a level of attention to detail that was second to none. Can’t wait to see the completed project and move in to our Perry Home!

Today we visited the 45 Perry Homes in Harvest Green and we were absolutely blown away by the model home! Not only that, we learned that their standard is higher than most builders.. For instance, they pour 3,000 psi foundations and use #2 studs. Also their standard features are pretty impressive! Very spacious and Trey was an absolute pleasure to work with!
