Alicia Harrison with Perry Homes was wonderful! She is nice, hands on and knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to help you and gets you everything you ask for and need. We bought our home July of 2023 in GCP and we couldn’t be happier! We love the area, very nice and quiet. We love that Perry Homes are all brick and they offer a 2 year warranty, most builders only offer a 1 year warranty. You definitely get what you pay for.

My experience with Perry Homes was extraordinary. I’m very hard to please. I walked from M/I Homes a day before closing due to their uncaring of the consumer. Therefore, I wasn’t excited to meet a new representative. But let me tell you, the first moment I met Haylie with Perry Homes...everything changed! Now I must say, the home was AMAZING, but Haylie’s professionalism, calmness, honesty and respect of my concerns is what took it over the top! She listens with a smile, offers advice, knows the product and ALWAYS answers her phone even on her off days. I could go on and on about the “gifts” I received after closing☺️ but I won’t 😉! The design and quality of my home is just beautiful. I’m in total disbelief I own this home.My overall experience was “Top of the Line” and I will be forever great full. Always so professional and with a great positive attitude and beautiful smile. Any questions or concerns we had at any time she was always there to answer no matter the time or day.
