    This community has been one of the communities I have visited. Perry Homes offers great deals of home plans and great workmanship. Loved the model home immediately. Come and visit!     It was a real pleasure visiting Perry Homes. As a first time home buyer, the representative Nasir Khan did an outstanding job of helping me like a brother with no strong arm sales tactics. He really listened to my wants and needs and helped me find the right balance between space, location, and price. When I really felt like I needed to see a few candidate floor plans in person, he helped me look across the inventory of model and inventory homes all over Houston to help me discover what I really liked and disliked. I visited back and forth over the range of a few months doing my research and popped back in about half a dozen times just to visit Nasir and get his helpful and honest opinion. I ended up not getting a home at this location, but I certainly did buy a Perry Home in the end. And I certainly love it!

    I can in and looked at homes in this beautiful community. Your sales associate Nasir Khan was extremely attentive to my needs. I am not ready to purchase yet. When I let him know this I was surprised that his level of service did not change! He was still very helpful and attentive.
