We just bought in Elyson. We close in January 2020! We are so blessed to have met Akeem Casey with Perry Homes. Akeem is such a class act. He is genuine, caring and kind. It has always been Akeem’s pleasure to assist, direct or just be a friend with sound advise when trying to make tough decisions about our home. We have spent hours talking, texting or emailing about the details of our home. He always finds time to answer questions in a timely manner. He makes us feel like we are his only clients. We were torn between Perry Homes and two other homebuilders. Perry’s product speaks for itself but with Akeem’s support, it was a very easy decision. We lacked the personal touch from the other two home builders. Excellence is not a skill it is an attitude and Akeem is the full package. Thank you Akeem for helping us build our dream home!!

Akeem did a great job for us and has really made the whole process easier . We were really lucky to have him guide us through the homebuying journey, explain to us every step and was impressively easy to reach at all times.As for Perry Homes, I think their reputation as a quality builder has already preceded them and the fact that so many of their sales professionals leave in the community helps establish trust with buyers !I would totally recommend !

We recently purchased a Perry home and our experience was amazing! We met Akeem and he was nothing but helpful since day one. Anytime we had a question, he was there to answer it and was completely transparent the entire time. He continuously followed up with us during our home buying process and showed that he was dedicated to helping us. If it weren’t for him we would have never thought we could have been owners of a Perry home!

Wow! Where do I start? I am enjoying my Perry Home. The experience has been a great ride. My sales rep, Kim Baker, immediately identified with me & the needs of my family as we made a transition to downsize into a home that would fit our needs and style. Kim and the staff were always very professional. My whole experience from start to finish, to picking out my floor plan, picking out my lot,to picking out items at the design center, she was there. Kim became more than just my sales rep but a friend. Her input which allowed me to make the best decision for my family paid off. I could call Kim to voice my concerns and or help with my vision of how I wanted to design my home. Now when I walk into my new home, I see my journey the way I pictured it in my mind it has become real my dream. Jean was fantastic! He took the time to ask us questions about what we’re looking for and he provided us with a few floor plans that would fit our criteria. Even though it was near closing time he didn’t rush us and even took us to another master plan neighborhood to show us a finished home that we were interested in. He answered all of our questions and was very informative! Definitely recommend and thank you Jean for showing us around!

Jean Morency was great to deal with. He took the time to truly understand what my parents were looking for and did not pressure them in any way. My wife and I had met with Jean previously as we were tasked with all the initial leg work on behalf of my parents as they plan their move to the Katy/Cypress area from the DFW area. He was pleasant and professional and quick to respond ro any questions. Ultimately, Jean was able to show my parents a house that really did check all the boxes. Thank you Jean.

June of 2019 will make 1 year anniversary of us moving into our Perry Home. It was a wonderful process from the beginning. From our initial introduction to Perry from Ms. Rita, to Kim, the Perry Rep, and Evan, one of the construction mangers, we have been thoroughly pleased. If there was an issue big, sprinkler system not working, or small, cracks in the paint, Perry has been quick to remedy the situation. If youre in the hunt for a new home, consider the Perry Homes in Elyson.
