Peak home buying experience. We moved into a new Easton Park build a few months ago. The home is absolutely stunning. And the process has been stellar from start to finish. We worked with Melissa and she handles all aspects of the purchase with care and good humor. Only good things to say about the experience. Easton Park is a great neighborhood and looking forward to growing here ☺️

Our experience with Perry Homes has been nothing short of exemplary.During our initial consultation, our sales agent - Priscilla Roman - demonstrated a solid understanding of our vision, budget, and timeline. What truly stood out was her patience in guiding us through the myriad of options available, ensuring that we made informed decisions aligned with our preferences and budget. She always went above and beyond for us, continuously checking in and making sure we were consistently 110% satisfied throughout the entire building process.When we decided to pull the trigger and begin the construction phase, we were immediately introduced to Mark Moffat, our Project Manager, and Tyler Monroe, our Construction Manager. Let me just say that these two guys are absolute ROCK STARS who took the time to understand exactly what we were looking to achieve and ensure every detail was accounted for.Mark and Tyler maintained a remarkable level of transparency and communication with us multiple times a week, keeping us informed at every stage of the construction process. Despite our numerous questions and requests for adjustments, the team remained patient and accommodating, going above and beyond to address any concerns promptly. Their willingness to listen and adapt to our needs truly exceeded our expectations at every level. Not only are these guys great at what they do, but they have been such a pleasure to work.We are without a doubt so glad that we chose Perry Homes as our preferred builder, and are even more grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such an incredible team.

We just moved into our new Perry Home in Easton Park and we are absolutely satisfied with the entire experience. From first conversation with Melissa, through getting the final walk through with Jack… the Perry team made our first time new home buying experience incredible.They went above and beyond every single step of the way. They finished our home months sooner than we expected. The quality and professionalism and knowledge of the whole team was so stress relieving.If you are considering buying or building a home, make sure you have a serious conversation with someone from Perry. You don’t know what you don’t know! Getting honest information from the team was so helpful.Most people have tons of complaints about their build experience… my wife and I do not.Thanks Melissa, Mark, and Jack for all of your hard work, dedication, patience, and care!

The build took a full year and Melissa never failed to provide timely updates and answer my client’s and my questions promptly and thoroughly. I had the pleasure today of stopping into Perry homes and the sales associate Miss Priscilla was by far the best person Ive dealt with in terms of looking at homes. From the moment you walked through the door and she greeted us her attention to details, the time she took to explain and help us to understand and answer all our questions, show us around I know that is a part of the job but she did it with such joy such pleasure made you feel as yes you are home. I know that even if I dont get to buy from Perry homes I would highly recommend anyone to go and visit, the experience, the product itself is by far some of the best Ive seen

Our first home buying experience could not have been better thanks to Ausaf at Perry Homes and our realtors. Ausaf truly makes you feel well taken care of and treats you like family. Even after the purchase of our home, he continues to provide exceptional service and is incredibly responsive.We love our Perry Home at Easton Park because of it’s unique design and warm community feel. We’ve also been impressed with the the construction team; specifically Adrienne, who has made sure we’re being well taken care of with repairs and addressing any questions we have promptly.

From the first day we stepped into the Easton Park community we knew we wanted to live there. Perry Homes, and specifically Ausaf, we’re transparent in what to expect from selecting a lot to the design process and the construction timeline. At times we felt like we were Ausaf’s only customers, even though we knew he had dozens of families he was supporting. The Perry floor plans and external elevations were the most beautiful offered in Easton Park and the level of interior selections that come standard with Perry would cost 30k with the other builders. Building a home requires a lot of trust and we felt like Perry and Ausaf were always on our team. We love our Perry Home family and can’t recommend them enough.

I highly recommend buying Perry Homes in Easton Park to anyone I know that lives in Austin or is looking to move to Austin. I am a first time homebuyer, and Ausaf made this process so easy! He helped me every step of the way, and made it such a fun experience from start to finish! The entire Perry Homes team is exceptional at their jobs (Ausaf (salesperson) & Kyle (home builder) specifically with my home! They were both so professional, personable and trustworthy. 10/10 recommend!

Edit: Its been one month since I moved in and feel I should give the Perry crew some kudos. As with every new build, my home had minor issues here and there discovered after I got settled in. Dario has been phenomenal to work with!! He has checked in every week just to see how things are going and has been super proactive with fixing things when they come up. Never once have I gotten any pushback - its always well get it taken care of! Sometimes its even taken care of the same day.The build is complete and I have closed, so now I can also send some kudos Tims way. Tim was my salesman. I typically do not like sales people... But I cannot thank him enough for making the process as stress free as he did. Everything was crystal clear and never once did I have any surprises. He sent me pictures of the build on a regular basis and reminders of my responsibilities at every checkpoint. Exceptional professionalism!!Original Review:I visited all but one of the builders in Easton Park and chose Perry Homes. I went with the 1900 floorplan, which was perfectly sized and designed for my needs. This is a first time home build for me; and my friends and family prepped me for some stressful times. However, I have yet to have this experience working with the Perry team. Sure, I am stressed out about the purchase, the move, the new area, etc... but none of that stems from the build.At the time of this review, I am about a month and a half away from the completion of my home. Even though the house isnt complete, I am confident enough to write a five star review and recommend anyone looking in the area to strongly consider going with Perry.

Ausaf is the reason we decided to go with Perry homes. He made us feel like we were part of the Perry family and not just a customer to make commission off of. Right away, you can tell the difference between Perry homes and the other builders. Perry homes are made with quality that you can count on. Every time we walk into Perry’s homes we get that tingly feeling. So glad we went with Perry and Ausaf!!!

I cannot say enough about Ausaf, Mark and Cole and my experience working with Perry Homes.Last September I committed to finding my dream home and was a bit overwhelmded with all the options and builders out there. This was my first time doing this so I had very little knowedge about the process.I walked into Perrys sales office and about 2 minutes after I met Ausaf I remember saying to myself Perry is who Im going with. I could tell right away he was such a real person and not just another sales guy after your money.At no point during my entire process with Perry did I ever feel frusterated, mislead or let down. They told me what they were going to do and what they wernt going to do up front and honored all of what they said. Again they are REAL people.After I got past the contract stage I started to work with Mark and Cole as the house was being built. They were both so awesome is every way. Their comunication and responsivness was 2nd to none. Anytime I had any questions they were there for me right away assuring I was satisfied.I honestly consider Ausaf, Mark and Cole good freinds now because of the relationship we all have built during this process!I have now lived in my house 6 weeks and I am beyond happy with my choice to go with Perry.
