From start to finish Chris was excellent in communication and service. He explained everything thoroughly and ensured that we understood. This is our third homebuying experience and this was by far the best and smoothest process. I will definitely be recommending Chris and Perry Homes to my family and friends.

The home purchase experience was made easier with the great team here! Rachael, Sallie, Ashton, & Dallas went above and beyond to answer questions, take photos, grant access to representatives after contract, etc.When they say they aim to ensure you are happy with the home, believe them! From exploring options to closing, the relationships form and instead of the experience being a sale and transaction, it becomes a journey of friendship. From understand who we are and exploring what we liked and needed to assisting in contacting local agencies and setting up utilities! The team was always responsive to questions and the most helpful. And yes, we HAVE A REALTOR!!!! So imagine the level of service going above and beyond in that manner.For the home: Perry Homes is a quality home designer and the plan selections are plentiful. There is something for every need and there are so many options. The only limitation they have is the buyer saying yes to just one choice! 🤣😂. I would have totally purchased two homes if I could!They offer plenty of natural light, counter space, cabinets and drawers, quality kitchen appliances, smart home technology, attic access, and Ceiling height!!!
