Chris Ibezim is one of the most exceptional and hardest working builders agent I have ever had the pleasure working with. Not only does he go above and beyond to attend to my clients questions and needs but he came in on his day off specifically to help my clients who are relocating! Perry Homes is extremely lucky to have someone like Chris represent their product and displays so much passion for his job. Chris is definitely your go-to for new builds in Forney and service supersedes expectations. -

Woohoo so excited to say Im building a Perry Home! Chris and Sallie at Devonshire Community are the BEST!! They went over and above to provide Excellent Customer Service. We had some concerns with unclear communication with some upgrade options but after speaking to Chris and Austin (Project Manager), we are able to resolve concerns and got exactly what we asked for. If you are looking to purchase your next dream home consider Perry Homes! They have the best floor plans with tons of options to choose from. We are still in phase 1 of our house build but the process is moving along and cant wait to see our home complete! -

Just want to take some out to brag on Chris Ibezim and his team at Perry! He is an honest, helpful, and knowledgeable man! Everyone greets you with a smile and are eager to help you! He answered all of our questions and made sure we were taken care of at all times! Everything was such a smooth process. If I could only give more stars! We moved into our new Perry Home in June 2020, Chris Ibezim was knowledgeable, honest and positive! From that moment forward its been an AMAZING experience. The minute We walked into the doorstep of this builder, My partner Susan and I received a warm greetings from Chris and Sallie. They’re able to provide us information needed in an instant and escorted us to potential home for my client. The minute you walked in the home you see quality in every way. I can say they build homes with customer in mind. The builder is attentive to details of clients needs and the sales rep. Are very professional and always wear a smile. Chris was knowledgeable and professional, he did not miss a beat. Most importantly to myself and my buyers, he was not pushy. Didn’t hurt the home and subdivision are beautiful.
