Big shoutout to Carlos and Dallas, who manage new home construction for Perry Homes in Devonshire. They’ve made the entire home building process smooth and comforting. Post construction customer care is often where things can fall short, but I’ve been fortunate enough to receive support from these two gentleman.Their quick communication has been a standout quality, providing a sense of security throughout the experience. Minor warranty claims have been addressed promptly, with repairs completed the same day or within the same week well beyond my expectations. The contractors sent out were also the same individuals who worked on the original items, ensuring they were fully familiar with diagnosing and resolving issues.If you’re considering purchasing a custom or inventory home in Forney, I highly recommend Perry Homes in Devonshire.
