Our experience with Perry Homes has been amazing! We were in town for a long weekend from Cincinnati to find our next Texas home in Fulshear. With the help of our realtor, Shelly Marnock, and Leyna Do, we found the perfect home in Cross Creek West 55’. Leyna was professional, experienced, wonderful, and easy to work with. We were kept up to date on each step of the process before closing on our home. The Perry Home presentation with the builder team before closing was impressive and detailed. We are enjoying the community and our new home! -

He was impressed with how friendly and helpful he was that when he traveled out of the country he made sure to mention to only deal with him until the sale was finalized.
