It was a pleasure to meet George Pham at Cross Creek West 45’. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He used his knowledge and experience to help my husband and I find our first Perry home. We recently moved here and felt welcomed by his support and all the other people from the Perry Home Team. And we really enjoy our new home. Thank you George! Beautiful model home. I Walked into a very nice, well laid out model home. The new home sales lady was very knowledgeable, nice and easy to talk too.Not high pressure, like some builders, but respectful, carried herself like a professional shld, when selling beautiful homes from a top builder like Perry.

Purchasing my Perry Home was one of the best experiences of all time and that is primarily due to George Pham, Sales Consultant at Cross Creek West 45. Not only is George the most pleasant person you will ever meet, but he is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gives the facts and options so I could make the right decisions for me.
