Promising neighborhood in a good location. The builder offers modern designs with many options and good warranty coverage. The sales team went out of their way to make the process easy.The neighborhood is still in development, so youll have to live with some construction/traffic for a while, but all of our neighbors have been very friendly and welcoming.

Weve been in our Perry home for a year now, and the quality has lived up to our expectations. We havent run into any real issues with the house. The office and construction staff have always been courteous. Warranty repairs have been addressed in a timely manner.Some things we like about the neighborhood:98% of the people weve met on our street have been friendly.Its great living so close to the schools and the YMCA.Lots of Kids.Nice wide streets.Many trees planted in front yards which will be great in the future.Some not as good:Our street is still a construction zone a year later.A lot of big truck traffic that makes us nervous about letting the kids run around the neighborhood.The empty lot across the street isnt much to look at.The left turn back into the neighborhood coming from the elementary school can be precarious in the morning.Overall, we recommend the builder and the neighborhood.

I have sold multiple homes in this community as there is so much to offer. My buyers are extremely happy with the quality of the home and the neighborhood amenities. I highly recommend Perry Homes in Carpenter Hill 55. I recently bought a new home in this neighborhood, and could not be happier! The homes are a wonderful quality, and all of the people i worked with, were as well. I plan on being happy and pleased here for a long time.
