I have just signed the agreement to purchase a lot to build a house. The whole process is very smooth, Jorge, the sales person, at the site was very professional , and patience with me showing me the lot choices, different elevations and floor plans. He also showed us the Cane Island community and answered all our questions.. the process was painless. The value of the house is unbeatable. I highly recommend the community and Perry Homes Cane Island 50s for families and individuals

We heard about a new master planned community in Katy and decided to check it out. We eneded up at one of the first model homes which happened to be Perry Homes. We met with Armando and was impressed with the future plans of the community and the quality of Perry. Within several weeks we visited multiple communities and builders, and found ourselves comparing everyone to Perry and wanting to go back. We finally made the decision to sign with Perry. Armando took care of us every step of the way and made the home building/buying process easy and comfortable. I have to say Armandos customer service is outstanding and till this day he is always available for any questions. Thanks to Armando and Perry for helping us build our little dream home.

From the moment I walked in I was very impressed with the quality offered and the information presented. The layouts are amazing and the location is beautiful. I definitely could see myself and my family living there. The amenities are beyond my expectations and It truly fits our lifestyle. Jorge was very professional and super inviting. He answered every question I threw at him without hesitation, we connected immediately and I felt so welcome and comfortable.Cane island is the place to be!!

My husband & I had been looking for months for a home with a white kitchen, white cabinets, hardwood floors, large patio, landscaping & 4 bedrooms w/ a study. We really didn’t want to move further out west but our realtor hooked us up with Jorge N. We lived the office model. He stayed late just to meet us. He said I have a home, just come look at it. I was hesitant & Jorge said just come look at it & u tell me what u think. So.... we went & looked at it & fell n luv with it. It had EVERYTHING we wanted. Well, needless to say, we were back the next day signing papers & we’ve been n our home in Cane Island for 2 & 1/2 mts. My mother lives 10 minutes away & comes to stay here on the weekend b/c she said it was like being on vacation. Thank u Jorge for helping us find our dream home. Perry Homes r absolutely the best! And Jorge, still getting house organized for that big BBQ we promised u.

Cane Island is an incredible neighborhood from driving in to all the amenities. I especially like how all the little sections are off to themselves and not just long streets. The salesman Armando was fantastic with my client and helped her get into her new home. If my client is looking for a great neighborhood I bring them to Cane Island and if they are looking for an incredible builder, I bring them to Armando!

If you’re looking for a new home dont hesitate to come meet Armando he made our first home buy experience Inviting, Easy i still remember when i we walked in it was almost closing time but he invited us in walked us over to our new home and made us feel right at home. The house is perfect for us... thank you again Armando!And ignore horror stories about project managers here at cane Island i delt with Eddie him and his team have done nothing but the best for us as well thank you again Eddie!
