I’ve been a Realtor for 45 years and worked with many builders. I must say that Perry Homes is one of the most professional and responsive builders out there. I recently sold a new home in Candela. My clients are thrilled with the neighborhood and their home. Candela’s convenient location is close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads yet still provides a slower paced, off the beaten path feel. Shabu was our sales counselor and was a pleasure to work with.

I personally like Perry Homes for their two-year warranty on new homes. Like the cherry on top of the cake, they have Shabhu (Salesperson) located in the two-story model home; she is one of the best people to work with. Anytime you walk into the model home, she welcomes you with a big smile and treats you well. She gave me the right direction in selecting the right home for my needs and was always available for discussion. If I plan to buy a home in Candela, it will only be from her.
