I would like to say thank you to Perry Homes Sales Rep: Shabu Budhwani. she is very professional, responsive, and kind. The whole process from showing to signing was very pleasant and smooth. She did her best to reach out to construction managers to answer my questions with HONESTY. It is very hard to meet a sale rep who tells you that I dont know but I will find out. The best part is she always smiles!!! A pleasant purchase.——update: I closed out my Perry home and submitted few items for warranty. Chris Doll , the project manager and his team responded to it within 2 days. Because of the warranty service, I will only buy/Recommend people to buy Perry Homes ONLY. They make Perry Homes shine like a diamond among other builders
