I did not actually end up buying a Perry Home but I worked with sales rep Nate. Throughout the process he was fantastic. He respectfully checked on me frequently to make sure I had everything I needed and was very helpful in assisting me and guiding me through the process. I ended up going with a different Builder but Nate was a tremendous help and should certainly be recognized for the work he does for Perry Homes. Very professional and extremely nice. If I could give him more than five stars I would and he is certainly a professional who deserves a bonus. I would reach out to him again in the future when looking for my next home

I would like to say thank you to Perry Homes Sales Rep: Shabu Budhwani. she is very professional, responsive, and kind. The whole process from showing to signing was very pleasant and smooth. She did her best to reach out to construction managers to answer my questions with HONESTY. It is very hard to meet a sale rep who tells you that I dont know but I will find out. The best part is she always smiles!!! A pleasant purchase.
