Overall, we have enjoyed our experience in working with Perry Homes (Bridgewater Community). In particular, Beau Michaels was awesome to work with. Beauβs very knowledgeable, professional, and relatable. He asked all the right questions and worked well with our realtor to show us options for community and floor plans, to best suit our family needs. -

We had the pleasure of working with Beau who helped streamline the entire process to make it less stressful. There are several project managers along the build process who also listen and try to make sure you are happy along the way. The community itself is great and will only get better. -
