Perry is a great builder. Kevin was very professional and a great help walking us through the buying process. He has remained in contact with us to ensure we remain satisfied with our purchase. Warranty issues are handled quickly and efficiently! We have built several homes through the years and this was the smoothest to date.

Perry is a good builder especially for their 2-year warranty. Kevin is a nice and easy guy to work with. He does honestly give all information that he knows and he can provide. I bought a new house from him and I do like it.
