She laid everything out to where it didn’t feel overwhelming, and she really went out of her way to provide not only what we were looking for but what we needed. Went to see the model home at Artavia by Perry Homes. Was greeted right off the back with welcome hands of Jodie AKA Queen Bee. Gave all the information and answered all the questions. She is best at what she does. Will definitely visit again.

The new Perry 55 Valencia home in Artevia is absolutely stunning. You can tell the home was built with great craftmanship and the selections are beautiful. Giovanni the sales manager is so kind, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in being helpful. I would definitely buy a Perry home from Giovanni Molina.

BEAUTIFUL HOME/HOMES. Quality, style, modern touch. Customer service was above and beyond! I contacted Queen B late afternoon due to work hours. I felt bad for holding her so long. Not only did she assure me she didnt mind, she was attentive and seized an opportunity to show an additional model she thought would be a good fit. Turned out, IT WAS A GREAT FIT FOR MY NEEDS!!!
