Giovanni went above and beyond explaining my buyers all the Artavia development features. Also he is knowledgeable about the home buying process helping my buyers in every step of buying a brand new home. A pleasure to meet such a professional person. We had a fantastic experience working with Giovanni from Perry homes - Artavia. We are a first time home buyer and he took the time to thoroughly explain a homes details before we decided to move forward with it. He even offered their computer at the model home and helped us get pre-qualified with their preferred lender. We found him knowledgeable, professional and dedicated. He was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. He promptly answered calls, texts and emails, keeping us well informed. He was extremely friendly and made the whole experience fun and excited.After we moved in, Jacob - the Construction manager was always available to answer all our concerns and questions. He follow ups and make sure we are satisfied and comfortable with our new home.Overall, we are very satisfied and we definitely recommend Giovanni, Jacob and Perry homes to all our friends and family.

When my husband, Joel, and I started our search, we didn’t ever think our dream would become reality. We drove around and the first model home we walked into was the Perry Home model and that was our first encounter with Giovanni Molina. We knew we had met the perfect person to help us with our dream. He listened to us and showed us what was within our square footage and price. He was very patient with us as we were trying to sell our home before we wanted to purchase here. He kept in contact with us thru phone calls, email and text. No pressure because he knew our situation. We sold our home very quickly and headed to see Giovanni with our realtor.
