You must go see the stunning new Alsatian Oaks model home! Perry Homes delivers yet another superior community with desirable home floor plans and beautiful quality finishes and craftsmanship throughout. Rick Shumake is a confident, dedicated, responsible Salesperson, and one of the hardest working individuals I know. He strives to work hard for you with his long history with Perry Homes, he is a valuable and knowledgeable asset on new home builds and has the best upfront and prompt communication too.

Alsatian Oaks is a brand new thoughtfully designed Perry Homes community. And Rick is a dedicated, patient, and proactive Salesperson. I visited Alsatian Oaks over the weekend in Castroville Tx. I gotta say, it’s a beautiful upcoming neighborhood. Jesse Sanchez with Perry Homes was very professional and knowledgeable about his product. I’m looking forward to making this my family’s next home.
