If you are looking for your dream home, look to Perry for quality, service and style with all the AMAZING design upgrades! We have contracted to build a new home with Perry Homes in 6 Creeks and the process with them thus far has been so smooth. Carla has been the salesperson who is our main point of contact and she has guided us through each step, drawing on her years of experience working with Perry Homes. She has a very warm and welcoming personality. Sean was the salesperson who fist talked to us when we visited the model home, answering our initial questions and making us feel at home both at Perry and 6 Creeks. Carla and Sean work very well together as a team. We have met with our project manager, Kyle, and he has walked us through the build steps and let us know he will be available for any questions we have along the way. This is our first time building a home and the Perry Homes team at 6 Creeks has impressed us so far with their professionalism and knowledge and helped us feel confident as we head into these months of building.
