    Mo and the whole team is the absolute BEST! We purchased a 2024 rosewood from Mo and she made the whole process so easy! Our case was a learning curve for us all but I’m so thankful we had such wonderful people taking care of us. If I could give them more stars a would! I will forever point people in this direction when looking for a manufactured home. If you aren’t in Texas or touching states still definitely check out Mo’s TikTok Mo home less Money, she give such great advice and is a thrill to watch!

    Mo is great! Very knowledgable and caring. it is obvious she cares about the best interest of her customers. She is very honest and straight forward. Also, the homes are beautiful and affordable!     I would definitely recommend stopping off at Permian Home Center if youre in the market for a double wide. The prices are very competitive and the mobile homes are really nice. Mo is very knowledgeable. She takes the time to show you around and and does not try and push you into anything.Im currently still shopping around as one should do when youre planning on spending this much money. So far nobodys been able to match Permian Home Centers build quality and price.

    Omg they are wonderful I watch MO on tick tock I have learned so much shes so helpful and because Im in Ohio she cant sell me a home. But that didnt stop her from answering all my questions and tell me what to watch out for to make sure I bought a Quality made home.Thank you MO I wish you were in Ohio 🥰

    My family had a great experience purchasing our new home from Mo! She was awesome with dealing with all our questions and concerns during the application and buying process. The rest of the staff has also been great in staying on top of what needed to get done after home delivery. We love our new home and are very happy we chose Permian Home Center!

She gives you all the tips and clues, so you can put yourself in a better position to get financed for a new home.     Even though I dont live in TX or touching states Mo gives out so much valuable information. I have learned alot from her. She is always willing to help anyone out with any questions they might have. I would definitely recommend her if youre searching for a manufactured home. I know some sales people sugar coat things not mo she will give you honest answers. Thanks mo for helping people make their dream come true.

    Everyone was so nice and helpful through the whole process of buying our first home!
