Buying a home is always a stressful process, especially when you’re making big decisions and handling inspections without much experience. But having a great sales team and builder makes all the difference!A huge shoutout to our sales consultant Jeff Little , and builder Erika Manquero! They were always quick to respond to our concerns with patience and professionalism. Even after closing, they continue to go above and beyond to help us, well beyond their official responsibilities. They truly back up their words with actions, making sure we feel supported every step of the way.We’re so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend David Weekley to anyone looking for a home!

Great location, schools are really close by with sidewalks to both Elementary and middle schools. We worked with Gwen who was very gracious and patient. The homesites are probably not the biggest, but are really convenient with the freeways, shopping and schools all really close by.

Very nice place,, plots are sufficient size for 3 bed room ,ground floor, 1st floor builder and Very fast in construction.
