When i first came into the model and met Patricia and explained what i wanted she knew the house for me and i fell in love with it immediately. Century was excellent to deal with and when i met my construction manager Jeff and he promised me he would get everything taken care of that me and my realtor pointed out, we were hesitant with him at first and thought he was just telling us what we wanted to hear but he did indeed take care of everything and has helped me any time i ask. I cannot say enough good things about him. In my opinion 5 stars is not a hightenough rating for Jeff and Century. I love my house

I’ve loved working with Century Communities, specifically Mr. Jeff! I am a first-time homebuyer and was really nervous to invest in my first house, but Century Communities has been so amazing so far. When I had an independent 3rd party inspector come out, there were literally less than 8 problems with the build, and all were fixed upon move-in by Mr. Jeff and his team. Minor details, such as Mr. Jeff following behind me and fixing paint during the blue-tape walk through, meant so much to me. All issues have been resolved and i am so grateful to have bought from such a great company!!

I wanted to give a huge thanks to the Sales Rep Isabel Herrera and the construction manager Jeff Davis with Century Communities. They both were incredible and put my clients at ease with exceptional customer service and outstanding care. Isabel was with them every step of the way and Jeff has been the same with attention to detail and follow-up. As a Realtor, I am extremely appreciative of how they performed with the flawless execution of this transaction.

I just wanted to share my positive experience with our home here in Park Place from Century homes. We’ve really enjoyed our new home here in New Braunfels. It’s been a positive experience throughout the whole process Working with Isabella in the office and the construction manager in the field, everybody has been very polite and has been there to answer all of my questions. This single-story home is perfect for just the two of us and when we have our grandkids come out from Arizona there is room for them as well. I would definitely recommend to others that are looking to move to new Braunfels to come check out these homes as a matter of fact, I did Recommend to some friends of ours. We are getting used to the weather with the humidity. We came from Phoenix and it was extremely hot there. Totally different heat here. Just want to say thanks for providing our forever home, we love it.

We LOVED working with Patricia!!! She was knowledgeable and transparent with us, and always made herself available. She kept us updated every step of the way and made this home buying experience so easy (as our last was a total nightmare!) Would want to use her again in a heartbeat!!!!Jeff, the construction manager, was also AHmazing! He walked through the house with us several times. He was patient and thorough and did everything in such a timely manner. He answered all of our questions and completed all adjustments, no questions asked!These two are truly a power team!
