From the moment we spoke with James over the phone, he made us feel like we were his number one priority. Moving from Illinois to Texas was a BIG transition for our family, but James made us feel comfortable. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and alleviated our concerns and anxiousness. He is a genuine person. That really showed throughout the entire building process, as he was very open and honest about everything. He was prompt with his updates, realistic with his timelines, and made sure we understood our responsibilities as buyers. Needless to say, we were very pleased with his professionalism, care, and attentiveness throughout the entire process. We would HIGHLY recommend working with James.We would be remised if we didnt mention, Franky, our general contractor. He too was incredible throughout the building process. He was very knowledgable about the ins and outs of our home. He also thoroughly explained all of our warranties and meticulously walked us through our home to make sure we were satisfied with the craftsmanship. We absolutely love our new home!Thank you, James! James was so helpful and patient with my husband and I who are in our 70s. When we first met him in his office to find out about building a new home, he made us feel so comfortable and at ease and answered all our questions. He even kept us up to date with information weekly about the construction of our house. I feel that James, Kyler and Franky went above and beyond helping this be a hassel free experience in building our new home. We cant thank them enough for all their help.

As with most new construction developments during covid times there have been delays, but the communication from Garret and Castle Rock has been consistent. Garret provided updates throughout the process so we know where things stood and was quick in responding to questions/inquiries as well. With the walk through process, Jose and Frankie were so thorough. They walked us through various systems (sprinkler, HVAC) as well as explaining design details to help with water drainage, etc. We have bought new construction before and hadnt received this level of detail which was actually really helpful!
