The walk thru was very detailed. Zach was awesome! Alot of areas were already marked prior to us showing up. He was very patient and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with our new home experience.

I am a first time home buyer, after having my walk through with Zach. I did have some concerns regarding the kitchen granite but after speaking to Zach about it my concerns were addressed immediately. By the next day I got a phone call from Mario Cabral (architecture) informing me that the company was willing to change the granite at no additional costs! I just wanted to send an extended thank you to Palo Verde Homes for making me this house my forever home!
