Chri Garcia is amazing, me and my wife went in after I talked with him about not having great credit saying we couldnt do anything now but just wanted to look. Mr. Garcia asked me just a few questions, then asked when me and my wife could come in to talk with him. I had told my wife about it, we agreed we could go in the next day which we did and left the waco location getting a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house!!! We are literally still in disbelief!!! I would like to start with Shannon Ohaire at Palm Harbor Waco, he was a huge help, answered the phone when I called every time and still does!! He was very helpful with any questions I had and if he could not answer them he directed me to the person who could and I was called back quickly. I just wanted to say that I had been searching high and low for the perfect home at the perfect price.. I decided to make the drive out of town to this location to see one particular home in person. I was greeted by Shannon and he was able to show me the home and also answer ALL 10,000 of my questions (and never made me feel uncomfortable for having so many!). I had been looking around and talking with multiple dealerships/sales reps, and I can honestly say Shannon has been the best out of them all! My girlfriend and I are first time home buyers and was very unfamiliar with the process. Kim Arana has been so helpful so far and really great with following up. She spent a significant time finding stuff for us within our budget and is going above and beyond for us.Ask for Kim if youre going to shop here! Started out at Clayton homes and couldn’t get any help from a salesperson or management. Drove to Waco same day and Shannon ran the numbers for us, and helped us pick out a home that will fit our budget and needs comfortably! TLDR: Erich, the GM, saved us tens of thousands of dollars and legal trouble. He is honest and trustworthy, THANK YOU!!We wandered into Palm Harbor after having had what we thought was a nice visit across the highway at Clayton. Erich greeted us at the door and invited us back to his office. We explained our situation to him and he immediately got to work. He told us all about what he had available with some ballpark numbers. He then showed us where to have a look at a model house that matched what we were wanting. We went out, checked it out, and went home with a lot to think about.Erich encouraged us to shop around and honestly, he beat ALL local competitors on price. In fact, he was so honest and straightforward with us, that it may have cost him a sale this time. He helped us get a contractor out to have a look at our current utilities and together we all realized that what we were looking to do could not be done on the land we currently have. If it weren’t for Erich, we would probably be in legal trouble, because other dealers (and contractors) were not taking the time to make sure that what we wanted to do would work or was legal.He is honest, easy to talk with, and a genuinely nice guy. He knows his stuff and if he can make it happen, he will! SERIOUSLY, THANK YOU ERICH!

Bought a home from Javier at Palm harbor Waco last October, Javier was great to work with through the whole process! He really went above and beyond to take care of all the small problems that inevitably crop up during a major purchase be it car, boat or house.:-)What has really surprised me has been how energy efficient this home is! I keep my thermostat set at 72 all the time. My August electricity bill was $155.00! Thats less than Ive paid for much smaller houses that I was trying to conserve power in!!All of the delivery and other support folks have been great to work with also. I highly recommend Javier and Palm Harbor!

Oliver Mayr is the one to go to! Hes nothing short of phenomenal! We to Clayton in Waco and Palm Harbor in Burleson first. While everyone seemed to be very nice, we still felt like we were kind of left in the dark about alot of things. This is our first time buying a home so we wanted to figure out the best way to go about applying and which lender would work best. No one offered to show us any homes and just gave us keys to look ourselves and said theyd catch up to us in a few mins. We were out there for a good hour and no one caught up with us until we came back to the office. The person we worked with seemed very eager to help at first but then started putting in less effort to contact us or would contact us end of day so we would be stuck waiting for a response or phone call next day that we sometimes didnt get. We usually had to reach out and alot of the times they would go home early. This went on for a few days and we still never received an answer or solution... We were ready the day of to get an application started but they kept putting it off and wouldnt even run a credit report because they said they want to make sure its done right and so they could find the best lender. We only have fourteen days to compare lenders before it affects our score and we mentioned that too. At Clayton our sales rep seemed just as confused about the application as I was as to what to put down on some stuff, instead of asking someone who may have a better idea he just guessed so I didnt feel very comfortable about that and it turned out to be a mess in the end. He also never followed up with us even when I left my drivers license in the office... I had to contact him myself the next day asking if I left it there and all he said was you did when I picked it up he said he tried to wave my car down as I was leaving ... A phone call or something would have been nice. I tried following up with him with several questions and to see if hes heard back from the last lender since it had been a week since the application was submitted but no response or call back. I even said I wanted to look at other housing options in case I didnt get approved for that specific home and he responded and said okay. When I drove up there he didnt even show me houses he just told me about an update to one of my applications because of an error on it from information he told me to put down that I was going to omit because I figured it wasnt needed and turns out it wasnt.. so I basically drove there for nothing for something that he could have called about. After that I didnt hear from him. So, those last two experiences started to cause us to feel a little discouraged. However, right before we were ready to throw in the towel, I took a look at reviews for Waco Palm Harbor and saw outstanding reviews for Oliver Mayr so I made sure my boyfriend and I set up a meeting with him that same day. Oliver was very knowledgeable, attentive and seemed very interested in gaining our business. Hes been great about keeping in contact and always makes sure to follow up with us. Not only did he get the ball rolling same day, but, unlike everyone else weve dealt with he stayed late and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us to make sure we had all our questions answered and everything covered. We never felt rushed he was very kind and personable and told us all of our options with no pressure at all. Any questions Ive had, if he wasnt 100% sure, he went out of his way to find out that exact minute. Whether it be a phone call about a certain upgrade or option, or him asking his GM Erich (who was also kind and helpful) to make sure we were getting all the information we needed. Hes been incredible so far! Hes relieved a TON of stress and has been a huge help! Its nice to be able to work with someone who actually cares and goes the extra mile. We are currently awaiting our approval but so far the whole process has been a breeze so if youre looking to buy, do not hesitate to contact Oliver! I promise you wont be disappointed! :D

It was great to find out that they could help with the two of us with our handicap problems. In order for me to get help from VA Grant,they had to meet a lot of ADA specifications. Now that we found a place to buy the home, we talk to Javier the manager in Palm Harbor Waco. Of course with me I want to know that who I am buying from is trustworthy. We knew we wanted a modular home. After we got all on paper and were satisfied with all the trimmings. There was not one problem or question we had that Javier didnt solve for us. The home we love. We have been in it for 6 months now, we had a few issues that needed to be corrected and Javier and Palm has taken care of the without question. The fireplace is super and warm.
