From the moment you walk in the doors at Palm Harbor you are greeted with excellent customer service and treated like family. Tallon Roberts was my sales agent and he did an excellent job listening to what I liked and didn’t like in the houses we looked at. He was able to find a home for me that exceeded my expectations and worked above and beyond his job duty. He worked late hours to help me pick out all the cabinet colors, floor type, carpet, type, wall color, and out side colors to order my home to my likings. He is there for you through every aspect of the home processes and answers any questions you may have. He literally will answer your call right away! Palm Harbor in Elmendorf is a great place to purchase your home from!

We met a salesperson called Marcel. Super educated man. He was super helpful. He did not go around the bush he explained exactly how is the whole process what to expect. He explain all our choices. The houses are beautiful inside. I strongly recommend this place. If this is what you want in your life they will help you make your dream come true. He even gave us a realtors number in case we want to buy the land first and then the house. But they can also sell you the house in a piece of land hooked up and all. Everything is done for you!! We are just looking at all our options in life in general.

We bought from this Palm Harbor about a year ago. There were bumps in the road as we were getting the costruction on our property done but, CJ and Samantha the Office Manager were always there to answer our questions. CJ went above and beyond when we were locked out of our home that he actually drove an hour after store hours to get me an extra key to get in my home. From the expected 45-60 days to move in..it only took three weeks to move in from the day the home was delivered. I would highly recommend CJ and Palm HArbor Homes on 1604 and 37 South if you are looking for a home.

My and husband we have been talking about getting a home and property for quite some time. Rejection after rejection from getting approved for a home we thought we were not destined to get a home. One day we just decided to walk in to palm harbor homes and just see if we had some luck. Upon entering we were greeted by Jeremy he quickly made us feel right at home. He explained to us the process of purchasing a home and what is needed and even explain what palm harbor homes are about. We were nervous but Jeremy really took his time and answer any questions we had and he even showed some beautiful homes and we chose the one we wanted. Me and my wife purchased the home Doublewide From Elmendorf Texas we were looking for a manufactured home and had visited other stores. But Palm Harbor Elmendorf just was a little bit different!When we arrive we were greeted by Hunter Sauls. I thought he was going to try to capital SELLL me something. So I explain to him what we were looking for and what we wanted in our home we wanted a drywall finish and we wanted the bells and whistle‘s like tile countertops doorhandles that are nice rock skirting…To set our expectations and be able to deliver us what we had in mind he listen to us and we negotiated everything that we wanted. With a little bit of negotiations we ended up buying a four bedroom two bath double wide very nice with all the bells and whistle’s from Palm Harbor. We had to learn to trust Hunter and he delivered on what he said. He helped us and explain to us the truth and the facts and help us get the best deal and he will do that for anybody I feel like he would do that for anybody.What we thought was going to take a very long time and the process we thought was going to be very intimidating it wasn’t at all. It was a very pleasurable experience buying from Elmendorf Palm Harbor we had a very pleasurable experience with Hunter helping us navigate our options are financing and our home interior and our home design. We got everything that we wanted and Indian we ended up with our dream home with everything meeting our expectation120% they at Palm Harbor Elmendorf will make sure you are happy and well explain to you everything you ask and need to know in order to feel comfortable I asked 50 million questions and probably was the same question and they would answer me and they will talk to me on the phone when I called anytime. Not a lot of places will do thatThese homes are not built like the 1960 mobile home these are manufactured homes that are built to H U D code and they have set standards it is a very good home for us and we are very happy with what the product is and how everything has turned out. The office and everyone who worked at Palm Harbor helped us get our dream home thank you

Well...almost 8 months later hes still checking on me, got me into our new, awesome home. He has since moved to a different location, but assisted us at every turn!!! I really dont know what we would have done with outhis assistance!!
