From our very first contact with Shawn, he treated us like old friends or family. We told him what we were looking for and he listened. He took us into the exact home we were hoping for. He answered every question we had and, showed us samples of the flooring. We could not have had an easier or better experience. We would give him 1000 stars if we could. He even helped us with the dreaded financing options and stuck with us throughout the entire thing. There is a store closer but if we had it to do over again, we would still go to Shawn. He left no questions unanswered. If we just dropped in unscheduled to walk through the home again, he would come out to say hello and see if there was anything we needed. This was absolutely the best home buying experience. We even got every option we wanted! Thank you for everything Shawn!!!

Wow! Where to begin! If there was an option for infinity stars that is exactly what we would give!Me and my husband had the pleasure of working with Shawn. I first came in without my husband to check out options and see what would be available to us. After talking with Shawn and expressing my budget, he made a point to keep everything within or under our budget and only show us homes that would qualify (which I deeply appreciated). After finding a home that I LOVED Shawn went out of his way to schedule around his own personal day for my husband to come up and view the house before making any decisions on it.Once my husband viewed the house and we decided to go forward, Shawn made every single step as seamless for our family as possible. This was our first home purchase and we had no idea what to expect, but felt comfortable and taken care of through the entire process. We could not believe how quickly, and efficiently Shawn was able to get things done for us.I am blown away by the amount of care and attention to detail he took while working with us to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for AND MORE.It is also worth mentioning that we started this process right before Christmas, Shawn worked with us even while on his Christmas vacation which is beyond customer service and more than what I would do!I can say with absolute certainty that if we were to go through this process again Shawn would be our guy every time! He treats you like a friend and is 0 bullshit which is what any of us are actually looking for.Shawn is a shark in the best way and deserves a promotion!!!

When we first set foot at the palm harbor location we have met with Hannah. She sat us down and went through how everything and the process went and we couldn’t be more clearer about buying a mobile home than ever since Hannah explained everything to me piece by piece. She has helped us so much and making sure everything is what we want with our new house and it’s perfect for us. Hannah was very professional and understanding in every aspect. I’m more than glad we had her when we first came in. I would recommend her to anyone looking into a mobile.

Also thank you to James the GM and Becky our closing agent, again our interactions were amazing and your customer service was impeccable. We also owe you a HUGE thank you for putting us in touch with Mike Tabb for our site prep, water well, septic, covered porches, skirting, etc, etc. He has been great to work with and does fantastic work! Finally, Unlimited Construction for the actual moving has been very quick to respond and came up with creative solutions to get the new home on our ranch thru some tight quarters. The entire experience has far exceeded our expectations and the fluid communications between Palm Harbor Round Rock, their factory contact, the delivery folks and the site prep and infrastructure needs has been wonderful. Keep doing what you are doing and know how much we appreciate our new home! Finally, icing on the cake was the nice, thoughtful gift basket at our closing. It was had very thoughfully selected items that are userful and nice for our new home.

Occasionally she didnt know the answer but always took the time to find out and get back to me. Will be purchasing a home with Palm Harbor soon! My brother and I were lucky enough to have Kenny as our sales consultant, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a tour on a couple of model homes and gave us plenty of land and home options. We were really impressed with one in particular and applied for the loan and were approved. In the end my brother and I decided based on our current financial situation, we should hold off for one more year in order to save some extra cash. When we informed Kenny he was totally understanding and wasn’t pushy; he told us he would be there for us when we were ready. It has been one bumpy road trying to get our modular home, the offline date changed about 4 times due to codes changing on the home. It was not the stores fault but we were quick to blame them, simply because they were the only ones we were dealing with. I was having a pretty bad experience at first, but the GM, HM Boswell has worked very hard with us to get us into this house. He has also helped us out with some improvements we werent expecting to help with our troubles. He does his best to help out the customers and we truly appreciate that! They are the to help the customer and make things right and I believe that is true customer service. So thank you palm harbor RR for working with us and making our house buying experience bearable (because no matter what, getting a house built is going to be stressful)!
