    I was just driving around and decided to stop in to see the quality of mobile homes these days because I was getting rather tired of renting an apartment. I was introduced to Gina and from the start she impressed me as a very genuine person. She shared some of her experience with me but then mostly listen to what I had to say and what I was thinking I might like. She asked me intelligent questions. She didnt push to sign up right away. She invited me to go see the different styles of homes and the different types of upgrades that are available now a days. The entire experience was fantastic and I think it was made so because I felt so well attended and listened to by Gina. Guys, if youre going to go to Palm harbor homes here in mesquite, dont worry about the other sales people there. Im sure theyre nice people, but I strongly and highly recommend you ask for Gina and I guarantee you that she would impress you from the start.

    This is the most awesome place I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. Awesome people. I bought the double wide I wanted, got approved in 1 day, and then, at closing, the closing lady, Veronica, told me they were giving me ALL THE DECORATIONS AND FURNITURE! EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN THE HOME THEY GAVE IT TO ME!!!! My home burned down in January and we lost everything we had. Now we have EVERYTHING!! How about that? Can anybody top that?     I have to say that I am very pleased so far with my purchase of The Arlington. Jeremiah Stakes is the General Manager and my salesman. I explained that I am a teacher and I need to be in a home before August. This would give me time to move in before school started. Otherwise, I would have to wait and move in slowly during weekends or Thanksgiving break. Jeremiah listened and he made it all happen very quickly! I closed on The Arlington last Tuesday, and my new home was delivered one week later! Jeremiah Stakes worked with me to make this happen very quickly. Jeremiah is very professional and always answered my phones calls promptly. Currently, I am waiting on the utilities to be set up.
