    I had a rough encounter with Palm Harbor until I met Brad Dixon. He was able to completely change my mind about Palm Harbor and was able to secure a sale. The process after the sale Brad was very attentive and was available to answer any questions I had. I work night shift and Brad would answer questions after work hours if needed. I would highly recommend if you are buying a home from Palm Harbor to contact Brad!

    This is the begining of the process now and I will update this as a deal potentially progresses.A home has been identified as the layout and size I prefer. Upon walking in and meeting Jakob he showed me homes in my price range. I appreciate not attempting to upsell me. To the point, patient while we notice features and looked at enough homes to eliminate some immediately. Ive been searching online for about a year now and have an idea of prices, sq ft and layout, yet I had only looked in person one time before this.We own the land and I am cash with an end budget. I will say there was a bit of unecessary pressure upon first meeting to get me to sign the EMD deposit contract, but they dont know my temperament and surely that is simply procedure. The focus now is on gathering the costs to proceed with utilities. I am speaking with Jakob the salesrep and Brad the manager. So far, all my questions are getting answered even some I didnt think to ask. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.I will update this review process to hopefully a 5 star.

    Richard, Kenny, & Tammy have all been wonderful to work with. Richard helped us through the buying process and ensured all of our questions or concerns were addressed. We had no questions outstanding and we felt that he put his heart and soul into making sure we were satisfied. Kenny always stepped in to make sure everything was on track and answered our questions whenever Richard was out the office. Tammy has been on top of the delivery process and ensuring all of our improvements are meeting deadlines. Such a great team to deal with. We are so excited to move into our home. Thank you everyone!

    Sales person Richard very helpful, friendly,always trying to get my husband and I request in;help out a lot with paper work. Explained very well and completely. I would recommend going in and talking to Richard if you are looking for a manufactured home. He is very .knowledgeable. He listened to our requests and worked hard to get our desires. Hope we can Seattle. Love the home. He wrote down all changes in the home (i.e. different refrigerator, back door changed our,security lighting, I walk out everything delightfully happy. Oh and Bill Osul went to Clayton Homes they are the rip off people. Homes are almost twice as expensive there and the rooms in them much smaller. Also not willing to work with you they dont take the time or effort to. specially not for military retired.

    We bought our home 2009. We bought from a home right off the lot. I am still very happy with my home.The people that helped us are nor there anymore. But they were kind and helpful.Never felt pushed to buy.I just wanted to let yall know for us it was a happy time.

    Laurie and Kenny at Palm Harbor gave us one of the best customer service experiences of our lives. They helped us find a home for my mom and grandmother who are moving from 500 miles away. It was not easy finding a home in our budget and having to do this all virtually (since my mom is not local yet), but they bent over backwards to help me get my family in a home that not only works for them financially, but is also a home that they truly love. The entire process, from the initial walk through of homes, to the delivery of the house was tumultuous (with last minute changes and unexpected delays), but they both made sure that everything we needed was done in a timely manner. They communicated consistently throughout the process, checked in to make sure we were happy at each point in the buying process, and are still helping as we wait for hook-ups and skirting to be set up. They made sure that we found a mobile home community that was safe and well-kept and my mother, grandmother, and I both feel happy and at peace with the decision that we made. I cannot recommend them enough and I am very grateful for the help they provided (definitely above and beyond what was expected)...we never would have been able to make this move possible without you both. :) Thank you, Palm Harbor!

    I enjoyed working with everyone here. I started working with Zac. I walked in and told him I needed a 4/2. We walked the inventory they have. The first one we walked in I didn’t like at all. The second one we walked in, I liked but didn’t like the front door. The third one we walked in I fell in love. It was everything I was looking for. The only thing is, I was looking for a 4/2 not a 3/2. So I I went for the 4/2. I was so excited. Zac told Kenny, the manager, and the ball started rolling. Well I got the good news, it was mine, but my payments would be $2000/mo. I thought there is no way. But it is okay I thought because I have the second home I liked. So we got the ball rolling I that. I wanted a few changes. Few we could do, and a few we couldn’t do. Kenny was on the phone checking every time I thought of something trying to see if it could be done. Oh, I am stuck with the door for now until I find one I like to replace it with. Now I am a first time home buyer. Did not realize what all it took to get to the final product. I had to get my land in my name and out of my dad’s. Had to get land appraised. Had two find two people that new my dad, and that is so we can get the land deed done. And amongst all of this that had to be done stood my angels, Kenny, Zac, Tammy, and Marni. I am so appreciative for them. They have put up with me through it all. I am sure they are think, I can’t wait until this is done. Lol. Love you guys. When the house is set and everything is done, I am fixing y’all a wonderful dinner. How do you like your hotdogs?..lol. It will be a nice dinner to thank you all.

    Absolutely loves these homes. They are very spacious and are so worth the price. They also come with a really great warranty something my current home doesnt have. The representative who helped us was Tamara and she was amazing. She answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable. Five stars cant express how pleased we were.

    My husband and I just started looking for a manufactured home. We visited several places. We stopped on Thursday and met Tamara and she took us to see their homes. We were very impressed how nice they looked and all the little details that make them so homey! Then on Friday we took my sister and her husband and they couldnt believe how pretty they looked. She immediately went to work on finding something that would fit into what I was looking for, for me and my family. Even-though I told her this would take place within a years time. She stated she would call me back, and I received a call back in less than 5-mins!!! She found a home that would fit into my description and offered to have me and my children come in and go over the process in detail so that I could better plan for the purchase of my new home over the upcoming months. ABSOLUTELY Amazing!!!! She explained the land home financing so well my 13yr old son understood the process!!!     My girlfriend and I were looking at different building manufacturers of house when we decide to stop by Palm Habor and explore what our options are for a home and what it would cost for it. We were greeted by Tamara Gerren immediately with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. We talked to Tamara for a long time about who we are and what we wanted out of a home. We talked for what seemed as forever but not once did she rush or cut us off to get down to business. After i had to cut off the conversation between my girlfriend and Tamara so we could get to what we were there for in the first place. We took a tour of the lot entered several home models and found one that we could call home. We even had to go back to the model home and go through to pick out changes that we wanted for our home. After getting back to the office Tamara put together the paperwork amd ran the numbers and carefully explained what everything meant and what we needed to do to get the process started. Lets just say we may not have signed a contract with her today but talking about it with the girlfriend i can see us going back in a signing with her. We were very pleased with Tamara and made the idea of us getting our home with all of our options a reality. Tamara thank you and we look forword to speaking with you soon.

    Im not going to bed Robert Jones was a excellent gentleman very knowledgeable about Palm Harbor homes products and services upon meeting Robert he welcomed us and made us feel right at home he carefully went through all the steps with us and explained everything specifically and thoroughly I really like that Robert found out what our needs were before he showed before he actually started showing us homes I like the fact that Robert actually showed us home he thought would be in our budget as well as the homes that we would want to purchase he went over our credit with us he was a perfect gentleman despite some of the problems that we did have our credit I like the fact that he helped us get through some of those things and gave us actual methods to counteract some of those things that are on our credit report Im not a stranger to Palm Harbor homes on my was going to actually buy one a few years ago but I think Im going to actually really try and get one this time and with Roberts help and your companys help I really hope that this experience experience was great and I really hope that we do get a chance to purchase a home from you guys but that would be the ultimate experience you have homes that are better than some of these subdivision homes and with you guyss experience in your products they are Im sorry but they are well below what you guys have to offer and thank you for your experience it was the most delightful experience that we have had and we thank Robert so much for that you are an excellent salesperson thank you Robert and have a great day
