Rachael Traweek was very easy to work with. She was honest but put 0 pressure on us as first time home buyers. She guided us step by step and was just as excited as we were about our purchase. She was available practically 24/7 for any questions we had. The team here then coordinated on our behalf with Porchpass to get our home closed on. Great place, great atmosphere and would definitely recommend first time manufactured home buyers to do so here

We could not ask for more than what Rachael provided. She went absolutely above and beyond for my wife, granddaughter, and me after a house fire destroyed everything we had. Rachael is not just a salesperson but a truly great human being. She and my wife developed a great friendship. Austin is awesome. I think we hit just about every modular home dealer in the area before we visited Palm Harbor. After a few minutes talking with Austin we knew we were going to go with him. Very professional and we really got the feeling he was looking serve our best interests before he was trying to sell us something he wanted us to buy (like a lot of the other places did). They also set us up with some great contractors to get out new land ready. Highly recommend!

Our process started off a little rocky because we couldn’t find land but he kept us positive and everything worked out. We are so close to finally having our home and we are so excited! I would give this business as many stars as there were to choose from and then some! I give reviews, but I dont think I have ever given one this heartfelt.You can get a lot of nice manufactured homes a lot of places, but you will NOT find people like those who work at this factory outlet. All the usual items are easily checked off, courteous, honest, helpful, transparent, good customer service and excellent prices. They are extremely knowledgable and well informed about the homes they sell. And never once did I feel the fevered sales pressureWhat sets this staff apart is that they actually CARE! They care about people and relationships. They care about so much more than just selling a home. Every person there understands that caring is the difference Rachael, Brandy and the wonderful General Manager Elizabeth, all made me feel like their only customer. They helped me navigate some unique challenges in ways that they would never have been expected to. To say they went above and beyond is just touching the surface.Without hesitation I would tell you to not waste your time at other dealers as I did. Travel if you need to, and go talk to them about what you are looking for. You will immediately feel what I just described here and you will be so glad you went!

I dont usually write reviews but I had a great experience and believe the Staff at Palm Harbor deserve to be talked about. This is probably the most upbeat, knowledgeable group of professionals that I have done business with in a very long time. Their homes could probably sell them selves by the looks along, but you would be amazed at the level of detail the staff goes into when walking around the homes. There are many more things to know than I thought but I felt so comfortable with the fact that they would handle everything. Dont waste your time down the street. they all act like they are just there for the check. Palm Harbor Home Team Members are bringing back the meaning of TRUE Customer Service. Good Luck with your purchases with this company, you will not be let down!

Palm Harbor Homes is a great company to deal with Brandi and Elizabeth were awesome. i had shopped around and been to several different outlets and looked around. Palm Harbor had the best house and the best prices. Had a few set backs but that was from the factory and could not be controlled by any of the sales team just one of those things that happens. I have seen several people give them not so great reviews because they were not happy with their house or it took to long. Brandi and Elizabeth were very informative along the way and the status of our house I know they got tired of talking to me. We were also informed to sign off on our house until it was exactly the way it should be and for the people that are complaining of that then it is your own fault because I know they told you the same thing I was told. I would recommend anybody and everybody to these wonderful women. They are very informed of the product they are selling and I was never pressured into buying anything. Brandi sat down with my wife and I and discussed all the things we wanted and didnt want and the price that I wanted to stay in and she made it happen. As far as comments Ive seen about hidden fees I have no clue what you are talking about as the price of our house never changed during the whole process and i think you just need something to complain about. So yah thats what i thought of them and will do business again if I need to and wont even bother going anywhere else because I know I will be taken care of there.

Just bought my home from them a couple of months ago ... the staff was amazing !!! My house was delivered last weekend and everything looks AMAZING!! I was able to get in contact with my sales consultant anytime I had a question, they helped through every step of the process. I cant believe I had never considered a manufactured home before now. If you are considering buying a home, the Palm Harbor in Azle, Texas should be your first and last stop!!!

When we came here we were down on our luck and told by every other place they could help us only to find out down the road that they couldnt. So when we came here we were a little suspicious of them saying they could help. However Taylor worked very quickly and honestly to show us that they indeed could help us. Every question we had was answered promptly. Taylor was very knowledgeable and we were able to trust him. Everything that he told us happened. The whole process was quick and went just as we were told it would. Thank you for helping us get into our dream home! My wife initially started searching for our new home online and being an un-social butterfly put my number down instead of hers. I was immediately blasted with call after call and was deeply disappointed with almost everyone I spoke with. Then the clouds parted and the angelic voice I was greeted by had all of the right answers no matter how trivial we made them being new purchasers. We were hooked. We met Rachael and before any pitches were made she immediately began asking what we were looking for and not what she was looking to sell like the ones wed spoken to before her. She knew immediately what wed love and now I sit with my family in what can only be described as our dream home. Elizabeth is the leader of a phenomenal group of people who will not only find you the perfect home but by the time youre done you will feel like family. Everytime we entered we were greeted by the extremely hilarious Brandi and after fits of laughter we were off to play in the house we now sit in, daydreaming of the moment we are now living. If you get a chance watch her Facebook videos they are absolutely amazing. WOW....just WOW.
