Our salesperson was Jeremy. He is a good salesperson. He makes himself available and is as helpful as he can possible be. Went out of his way to show us homes at multiple locations to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was great! Clint was responsible for making sure the site location was ready and everything was set up. He keeps communication and does a wonderful job! The general office staff that you meet once you get into closing does not make as many or any accommodations to work around your needs or even your schedule. To put it simply, the experience has been nice even with a few unpleasant hiccups along the way.

Friday, Sept. 6, 2024 is the day our lives were changed in ways we had not even imagined. After months of seeking a new home, we received blessings beyond measure. The people of Palm Harbor Homes in Cleveland not only worked diligently doing everything necessary to keep our hopes alive, they genuinely cared for our family needs throughout the entire process. Jon, the General Manager, has reliable, friendly people in place who demonstrate great teamwork. From the first greeting when you step inside their door until the last signature is completed, Sonya and Doug, both award-winning personnel, along with Jon, gave their all to see us through our home- buying experience. Thank you to these 3 people is hardly enough to express our gratitude for everything. With the first business handshake to the congratulatory hugs, were truly blessed to have had them with us through this endeavor.

I had the pleasure of being attended by the sales manager, Melina. After shopping around for months and seeking the perfect home, this lady was the only one of all the locations I have been to that took the time to actually show me what my buying power was.It made me realize I have been running in circles and spending gas doing all these trips just looking around without truly knowing what I needed to be looking for. She came off very stern and that threw me off at first, but it was only throughout the whole process that I realized she was so serious because she genuinely cared about helping me out and LISTENING to what I needed.If you are looking to make a visit I highly recommend calling in advance to secure an appointment with Melina, it will be a home buying experience like no other. She got me a great approval and now I’m just waiting for the delivery of my home. Very Excited!!!!

This has been the best second home buying experience for me and my wife that we have ever had. The honest approach that our sales rep Billy Bailey took was really refreshing and he will work with you to meet you home buying needs within his power to do so baring working with the factory. If you are a new home buyer you must be patience with them, unless your buying straight off the lot please be aware it takes time to get answers back from the factory due to manufacturing capabilities if you are wanting custom things done to you straight from the factory home. There was not at any point during our journey at buying our dream retirement home did we feel rushed or bullied to sign anything. Now if you are serious at buying a home you will need to put up some money NOT a Down Payment even though that will go towards your final down payment, but for the time it takes to do all the necessary paperwork in getting your home specked out and answers back from the factory for final pricing this money is needed to secure the proper paperwork, credit checks, and factory additions along with showing your serious about buying a home with Palm Harbor, let me make this clear the money in the end goes towards your down payment or if you back out is refunded to you!!! That being said the General Manager Jon Olson work along with his sales crew to see that your 100% satisfied with your experience and he will even step in if there are any difficulties involved during the home buying experience, but luckily that was not the case for me and my wife. Mr. Billy did a fantastic job at securing nearly everything we wanted in our custom home and believe me that man worked tirelessly on our home and even would give us the occasional call to keep us updated. Now to wrap up this review we did reach the finish line of the process of buying our new home and during that process you will have Tamera the Office Manager guide you through the last of the paperwork. Tamera is very knowledgeable and very perceptive when going over the paperwork with me and my wife. She even caught corrections that me and my wife missed lol, so if you have any questions she will either have the answer right then an there or get on the phone and will have it taken care of in a matter of minutes. So if you are shopping for a home from Palm Harbor the Cleveland Location is the best one around the greater Houston Area in comparison to the other locations we visited. They are very honest and tell you the facts instead of trying to rush you into signing on the dotted line so they are defiantly worth the trip! Thank You Billy, Jon, and Tamera for making our Retirement Home a Reality!

We just got our home delivered and it is beautiful! Our salesman was David and he was very nice and patient with us and all of our questions and concerns. He answered anything and everything we wanted to know. I liked that he showed us houses in our price range and was very knowledgeable about The company and the homes structural build. I cant say enough great things about this location. The sales associate and the general manager were so great. We dealt with David and let me tell you , PHENOMENAL!!!!! I came to palm harbor with very specific needs and they were all met to a T . I highly recommend dealing with this location. I promise you wont be disappointed. It seems we were led to believe we were guaranteed a home, but after trying for months and months working with them and the mortgage company...we got nowhere. It was a big disappointment. My husband and I felt like giving up. But then we came here, to the Cleveland Palm Harbor. Melina was so nice and worked with us. She is truly genuine. I am so glad that my husband and I didnt give up. We just closed on our brand new home!!! Were so excited and cant wait to move in! Update: My husband, daughter and I moved into our home in July of 2021. Our journey through the process was very smooth and other than minor communication issues I wouldn’t change anything. The one thing I would suggest is to have someone to check on customers after they move into home. I would have proudly shown off our home. Today I want to give major shout out of appreciation throughout our journey and especially this past weekend from manager Camara Frye. She has been the one person that if my husband is not getting resolution from any of our minor concerns she is on top of it. Over the past weekend while my husband is away at work our pipes froze during the light freeze. He reached out to Camara and she gave the right contact person and then graciously extended her home to my daughter and I if we needed to shower or wash. Camara this truly meant so much to me and I just want to encourage anyone looking for a mobile home to go to the Cleveland location. They truly care and it shows❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Crystal has been such a godsend to my husband and I. From the second we walked through the door she has been there. She always is there for us and makes us feel like we are her only client. I highly recommend everyone to come to Palm Harbor in Cleveland, TX and to deal with Crystal.
