We just purchased a home from Palm Harbor Homes and we are so pleased with how smooth everything went. Our sales rep Tracey went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and explained everything well. The general manager Elizabeth was great as well! They were both available to answer all the questions we had in the process. It was great to work with these two ladies! I definitely recommend checking them out if youre looking for a manufactured home!

My wife and I have had the opportunity to see the previous management vs the current management. Night and day difference. Once Elizabeth became General manager, she completely turned things around.Michael Bills, our salesman ,has worked tirelessly to make the entire process run as smoothly as possible.If you looking to find a home and have seen some of the reviews about Palm Harbor in the past, just remember, that was past management and is now a pleasure to do business with.Thank you Palm Harbor for our new home that is being built as we speak.

Honestly the reason Im giving 5 stars is because of the new manager Elizabeth. This woman is AMAZING!!!! We started working with Palm Harbor a while ago and things were just dragging on. We were not happy with the previous management. Elizabeth took over and hit the ground running. Within a week of her being there we were at the closing table and ordering our new home! If it wasnt for her we probably would have canceled and went somewhere else. She has gone above and beyond for us. Stays in constant communication keeping us updated on everything. Brittani, who is in charge of scheduling the construction is also wonderful. Again great communication and always happy to answer questions we might have. They definitely turned things around and made us very happy customers.

The homes here are really nice and the people are very welcoming. They are friendly, but professional, and very knowledgeable about their homes. My husband and I have been here a couple of times looking for additional information and Crystal Q. was the one to help us. She is passionate about making sure each person gets the home they want and that it will fit their budget. If you dont have land to place the home on, she will also make sure you find the perfect plot of land. Ive really enjoyed each experience whether we needed numbers or just wanted to tour more homes to get an idea as far as what we want.

I recently bought a very cute little MH from sales person Sherry. I was very pleased with her ability to answer questions and explain the process of purchasing, delivering, and trim out. I must say she did an excellent job on her end. Also there was a few issues at delivery, but Palm Harbor sent their factory workers out, namely Joe and Juan. They both did a fantastic job trying to correct the issue. I am so thrilled that Juan was able to make my new purchase look super cute and sparkling clean after trim out! Thank you again to Sherry, Joe, Juan and Stephanie for coordinating the appointments from the factory department.

Sales staff at this location are great. They were patient with us since we didnt know what exactly it was we were looking at and went out of their way to explain in detail the home buying process, affordability to income ratio and are even trying to get us a lower finance rate than the other dealers were willing to do. The Burleson Location exemplifies what a real manufactured retailer should be. This is based on my initial first visit to them. I live about 12 miles from the location off Hwy 199 and the difference between the two locations is like night and day. Highly recommend the Burleson Location.

I feel like she really cared about finding the perfect model for me and my family. If you want above and beyond customer service while having a great time, ask for Crystal Q!

Our sales lady Crystal Walker was amazing. She was very informative on everything. Answered all my questions, showed us several options of what i was looking for. I recommend highly you seeking her out if you are in the market for a mobile home.I didnt qualify at this time but in the future when i do i am going back there and get with Crystal Walker.Crystal gets 5 stars from meOn the other hand the Corporate office is a different issue.You get your earnest money back if you dont qualify. I get an email from them stating they will not process the return of my $500 until they get a bank statement showing that I paid the money, that my check cleared.Are you serious. Go to your banking and see that you cashed my check.Sent them picture of check, back and front and got my bank to show where it cleared: date and time. Oh my word. You had no problem taking my money, now i have to wait to get it back.Otherwise my experience there was great.

We have had an awesome experience with the Palm Harbor Burleson location. We worked with Aliah from day one and she is the best. She has gone above and beyond to get us in a home. There was a small hiccup before closing and a couple larger ones after but Aliah and team(even Michael who probably hates me) made sure everything was handled swiftly and professionally. We are extremely happy with our choice of our lovely home. And even happier that we decided to buy from Palm Harbor.

Words cannot express the kindness with this staff. We had a very unique situation and had no where to turn on a land loan. Bree and Jeff Anthony put our minds at ease and helped us breathe a little and told us they would help. We left with a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. They also have great floor plans to chose from and very reasonably priced. I highly highly recommend them.

I cant even begin to describe what a wonderful experience I have had working with the staff at this location. Bree Ann is the nicest, least pushy sales person I have come across. Ever. She was super helpful and understanding of my situation, as was her general manager Jeffanthony. Even when I had to put my application on hold, they took the news with compassion, and understanding, simply stating that when I was ready to move forward, they would be there to help me every step of the way. They let me make my own decisions and didnt try to coerce me into buying houses they knew I couldnt afford. Everyone here, including the other sales people, treated me with a kindness and respect that you dont find at many businesses anymore. So thank you to the team at Palm Harbor of Burleson for giving me the best experience possible when it comes to buying a new home! I will be back and I will recommend you to EVERYONE :)

This place was the most wonderful experience that I have ever had. Ive never had a financial company that treated you like you were family. Most of all theyre honest and if they cant get you into a home then they will do what they can to help you. Me and my daughter both are disabled. We dont have much and companies like this should have turned me away because I dont have millions of dollars to put down on a home they didnt theyre doing what they can to help us.

So my husband and I have been looking into our options, and after visiting many websites and going to other local companies. We left feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and with many unanswered questions. However once we got to Palm Harbor and spoke with Breeann Morgan it was like a breath of fresh air. I was able to finally relax a little. First off walking in we didnt feel like just another sale and we didnt feel rushed. She took the time to talk with us and answer all of our questions. She listened to our wants and needs. She showed us multiple homes and talked to us about different options we had to suit our style and needs. She was super sweet and friendly and made our overall experience feel comfortable. The quality of the homes and options were amazing! The fact that delivery, set up and AC are included in the price was great! Also the fact that they help you scout land was a HUGE plus! I am definitely looking forward to the future and doing buisness with her. Wonderful experinence! Weve been looking for our second home for almost two years now. Weve been to several places, and were ready to give up when my husband suggested Palm Harbor Burleson. I was hesitant after such bad experiences before!! Boy, was I wrong! BreeAnn wasnt what I was used to! She wasnt forceful and pushy!! RARE in this business! At the beginning, it was a rough situation. When I left I felt like there was no hope. A few months later I commented on Rachaels facebook add and she called me that next day. When we spoke over the phone I was very hesitant to come back in. I told her my experience and what I was currently doing to better the situation and she pleasantly talked me out of the negativity I was stating and talked me in to give them another shot. She bends over backwards and listens to all of my needs and now she is going to get me approved when I was told there was no way!
