Just throwing a bit of praise out to Matt, the sales manager at this location. Very positive and friendly, not overly pushy like some salesman can be. Unfortunately we didnt finish a sale, but he listened to our problem and was understanding. He tried to offer a solution, but it wouldnt work for us at this time. Would recommend Palm Harbor over either brands to. We toured several big names and none are the quality of craftsmanship of Palm Harbor. Will definitely be back to buy Palm Harbor! Thanks Matt!

I am so grateful for Tisha! After purchasing our home we have had a couple of kinks to work out. Unfortunately, our hot water heater is malfunctioning and the manufacturer would not have a tech available until after the break (a week later). Tisha made us a priority and ensured someone would be with reaching out to us with in the next day. With out even having to explain to her the importance of hot water especially during this cold weather she took care of us.

Edit*** After the initial visit, i damn near had to beg Leann to communicate! We went nearly a month with no word of what was happening, and then about 2 months later, my credit suddenly had a hard inquiry with no word of who did it. She eventually told me that she finally got a lender to start the process, which is cool. But after 90 days, I thought this was a dead end. In fact, it was because she gave them wrong information, which messed up my lending process. Overall, a lackluster experience, but oh well, well find a more fitting opportunity elsewhere.Went to take a look at a few model homes. Leann Pederson was amazing she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the home buying process and open about what the next steps are in getting our forever home. Im excited to continue the process with this company and Leann in particular

We just purchased a home from the Alvin location. We had a lot of issues with the sales person, and we were told we didnt need a dirt pad by one of their people. When the house was delivered we did need a dirt pad. I brought it to Nicks attention, the GM and he took great care of us. We didnt have to pay anything more or have to do our own water & electric connections, which is what we thought we were going to have to do because of the dirt pad. I also have to say that Tina is the best with communication. Thank you Nick and Tina for your help and communication. You two are the best!

Everyone I have dealt with at Palm Harbor has been great. I believe that their homes are better built than the other local competitor. The saying you get what you pay for comes to mind. If you want a home thats going to last, I think the choice between the two is obvious. Go see the homes in person and look closely at the building materials. They may look great in pictures but in person, youll see the difference (plastic faucets in the competitors versus metal faucets in the PH for example). I would recommend Palm Harbor Alvin. They were a pleasure to deal with.

There has been a lot of ups and downs during this process and has been stressful and a little discouraging at times. But Annie from Palm Harbor has been wonderful and so has Justin and Nick who is the General Manager and I wish the best for all of them. The demo crew was horrible they were very lackadaisical. But Blackfoot,R.F.A, & Frank the plumber have been extremely hardworking and we are grateful for their help. Thank you all!

But in the end result Our agent Anni Is the individual to go to at this particular location.In the end Anni saved us right around 20k. Taking a Loss of her own commission from the sale of the sale. I would highly recommend her if you were seeking a Home from Palm Harbor she is a straightforward no BS type of person.Everyone else is very friendly and willing to work with you but I found that Anni goes beyond her job duties as the agent.
