    I was having a difficult, frustrating time reaching Palm Harbor Customer Service after calling 9 different listed numbers. Palm Harbor had failed to register a home sold my father in 2005, yet no one at Palm Harbor would help me resolve the issue.I finally reached Rich Gregg, who immediately jumped in with both feet and began a mission to assist me. Not only did he refer me to the State Housing dept, but he also called me back the next few days to check on my progress. I certainly appreciate his attentive, caring nature.

    Buying a new home in a new place on a short time limit is stressful. Buying a home in the current real estate market when your last home purchase was years ago is terrifying.     Weve had our Palm Harbor home for close to five years now and still love it! Weve only had a few minor issues as to be expected with any home , but was taken care of with little or no expense to us. We get compliments on our house all the time! We actually shopped several other manufacturer home builders first and in fact got our money back from one when we discovered Palm Harbor. Palm Harbor had a much more professional, knowledgeable, and overall better sales experience than the others we spoke with. Their homes are built better as well (thicker walls, higher quality materials, etc..) Still loving our Palm Harbor home and are proud home owners!

    Rich Gregg was our contact when we went to the Abilene location. He was very professional and had extremely good knowledge of the homes. He showed us the ones we were interested in looking at and then he answered the few questions we had. When we find the land to put it on we will definitely go back to Abilene and buy it from Rich!!

    I havent got a house yet but the hold up is on me I cant decide! There are 3 homes that Im in love with! Sammy is amazing and very helpful I love that if he doesnt know the answer he makes a call right then and there to find the answer! He is awesome! I recommend him for anything and everything when it comes to buying a home from Palm harbor homes! If you want a home go see Sammy tell him you heard he was the best because he is!

    I Went to Oakcreek , Solitaire and Clayton , NOT IMPRESSED Way over Priced, they were very misleading ,one of them tried to add $20,000 to the original Price of the Home and I didn’t add Anything!!
