I want to commend Byron & Freddie on their outstanding service. Especially Byron - we agreed to the cancellation service, & he got to work. He found the exact same home that someone had cancelled on, which made the price drop substantially — even with the upgrades (additional electric fireplace, ceiling fans in extra rooms, etc.). I am a first time home buyer, & I felt extremely comfortable. They are upfront about every single cost, & will make sure all questions are asked & answered. I am so happy to have purchased my home through Palm Harbor.

We tried a few places before coming to palm harbor, but none of them seemed interested in helping a couple kids out, but when we tried palm harbor homes of midland, it was a total different outcome. I requested a quote on a triple wide we both loved. And I got one almost immediately, Stephanie Perez not only gave me a quote, along with other prices for add-ons and optional, but she still emails me on new offers and updates on houses. Her customer service is outstanding! And I can say with 100% certainty that we will be buying our house from Palm Harbor as soon as we get the money saved up. This is an excellent place to get not only a house, but a home from, and I will definitely recommend any of my friends or family who might be in the market to buy from here as well.
