    Ken is the man! Ask for him, me and my wife are working on selling our home and have been shopping mobile homes for about 2 months now. We walked into Palm Harbor in Bryan and Ken greeted us, thinking it was going to be another usual salesman run a round before we get to look at the models he really took the time to know me and my family and also our situation, showing us multiple options and advising us what our best approach will prob be he went above and beyond.     Ken Brown #1 is the easiest salesman I have ever met, he was never pushy but if I found a home at a competitors lot he would just say send me that Floorplan and let me see what I can doBTW We lived in Waco at the time and he was in Bryan College Station area. He listened to what I like and what I didnt like about certain homes and finally one day he called me and sent me a floor plan of a 2023 model that was the perfect combination of a few that I liked. Absolutely love the color of the outside! So we bought it through Ken Brown and they delivered it outside of Tyler where we live now. Without the time and effort that Ken put in we wouldnt have our dream home todayIt was done 90% over the phone but the trust and understanding was Irreplaceable.     Palm Harbor in Bryan Tx is really great. We live several hours away but they had a particular home we wanted to look at in stock. I called and they told us to come by and they would show it to us. Malek showed us the home, and he was very nice and answered all our questions. We even came by the next day to look at it again. He was again very helpful had no problem showing it to us again. Very friendly and professional here. Not the typical pushy sales people at all. Even though we live several hours away, I would buy a home through them because of our experience there!

    My husband and I went in just to look around because we planned on comparing the different places in town we were greeted by Dennis who was super friendly and as we talked with him he really listened to everything we wanted in our our home, what price we wanted to pay, and most importantly where we needed our monthly payments to be. He found a home that was everything we wanted and had them customize some details of the home to be EXACTLY what we wanted. We signed papers same day and every step so far has been really amazing. The whole staff over there communicates well, is super friendly, and helpful. Compared to other places we had looked it was like night and day, just amazing.

    John did an amazing job showing us different floor plans the other day. We loved the Arlington. He was very patient and polite with both my mother and myself.     From personal experience, I have seen that Palm Harbor sells a better Home than all of it’s competitiors in the area. I have owned a home built by Clayton for a little less than 2 years and I have already had to pay nearly $10k to fix damage to the roofing and exterior caused by normal weather conditions and rain. I wish I had known more about Palm Harbor sooner... I have worked with Nick Ramirez before and he is a fantastic salesman. He’s most interested in serving the customer and putting them in the best home that they can afford. Next time I am on the market for a manufactured home, I will 100% give my business to Nick and the team at Palm Harbor in Bryan

    Palm Harbor is awesome!Before you make any type of big investment, you always do research on it. The quality, the manufacturing, where it’s made, what models they have. Then you go look at them to decide if it’s what’s right for you. Upon research I decided that Palm Harbor was the best home manufacturer. They have great reviews, quality that can withstand pretty much anything and I talked to a lot of friends that had palm harbors, Clayton Homes etc. Also, my husband grew up in a palm harbor his parents had it for 12 years Before selling it to my husband. We then lived there for an additional two years before we sold it and moved near College Station. We wanted an honest fair company that would genuinely care about us and our well-being and our forever home. So I called and made an appointment with Eric. He was fantastic! We went looked at the LaBelle home in person. And let me tell you what, online does not do it justice! This thing is amazing. After talking with Eric and deciding it was a little bit out of our price range he was able to make us a great deal as well as help us with financing and the whole 9 yards. They offered us upgrades and they were really reasonable on pricing with everything.They also give away free stuff! Six weeks from start to finish with a lot of customizations! We were able to move in before our lease was up on our rental!I don’t know about you but I love anything for free 😂🤣. Anyhoo, this home is fantastic. We have two kids and It’s great because our newborn can practically share a room with us. Yet she still has her own room. I still can’t believe what a great deal we got for our amazing forever home it’s way more than I ever thought I would be able to afford! I feel like I live in a mansion. I say go see Eric and Jamie at Palm Harbor and you won’t regret it. if you do your research on Palm Harbor you will know exactly what I’m talking about! Customer service, Quality, better bang for your buck! Can’t go wrong with them!

    Yall I cant say how much I love my Palm Harbor home! This experience has been a learning process for me because I had never looked into modular homes and we went to other competitors and it just didnt feel right.. if I could give anyone advice who is interested in a modular home, go see Nick Ramirez! My husband and I moved into our home this past July. Our sales consultant, Nick Ramirez was SO knowledgeable and literally found us our dream home at an affordable price! We ended up choosing the Urban Homestead: (check it out if you want something modern and rustic)! When you think of double-wides, PALM HARBOR WILL CHANGES WHAT YOU INITIALLY THINK AFTER GOING TO THE FACTORY ON THE LOT!! THEY ARE SOLID QUALITY HOMES! We had been searching around at local competitors 2 weeks prior to going into Palm Harbor, but we ended up choosing Palm Harbor because 1. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE 2. NICK WAS SO GREAT , HE JUST WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIND EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED! GO SEE HIM IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT!

    My family and I started the idea of buying a double-wide home back in December of last year and it wasnt until August that we made the final decision. We shopped all around Texas but we decided to work with Palm Harbor Homes in Bryan. Our sales representative, Nick Ramirez worked really hard to make us getting into our home happen! There was a backlog of ordering so it was gonna be longer than we wished to move in, but somehow by the grace of God and Nick, he got it installed on our lot. There are few minor things that had to be fixed which is understandable but they delivered the home on time which was most important to me because our baby should arrive any day now. Ive only been in it for a week living here and I am so happy with the financial investment we made to grow our family in. Lastly, Nick I hope you read this... I honestly cant thank you enough.

    Brady Phelps is amazing!! He helped easy my mothers mind about modular homes and the sturdy structural construction and the elegance of the interiors. He jotted down all of our wants, needs, and upgrades. We looked at double wides and triple wides, and ultimately settled on triple wides. This will give both of our families functional room to live in together on some acerage! These homes are very cost effective for the price per square foot that is charged! He even is setting up a factory tour for us in Austin. Best place hands down, and best sales guy out there. Ps....he is Michael Phelps cousin too!!
