My husband and I recently went in search of purchasing a manufactured home. We had been recommended to palm harbor homes several times so the first location we stopped at we were greeted by Michael Willis. He was very friendly and confident. He was also very upfront and honest with everything we had talked about. He was also very okay with us taking some time to go talk about some options we had. He wasn’t pushy like most sales people who only want to make that sale. It made us feel very comfortable with moving forward. Also the closing process with the manager Mike and Kwes was very straightforward and they stopped to answer any questions we had and were very open about all of the papers we had to sign. It was a wonderful experience all around.

If it werent for Will Gayden I wouldnt have survived this whole process and probably thrown in the towel right away. Because who shows up to go house shopping with 2 kids under 2. We did, and he was a champ! He was beyond patient, so kind and sweet to my girls. The home buying process is stressful enough. We would have not proceeded and would of never got into our forever home if it werent for him. He truly saved me and got us through this whole process. From tearing down one old to helping me pick out and build or forever home. From the picking out, getting built, and all the colors exactly to exactly what I wanted all the way down to the kitchen sink. Very important part right there. Then getting us into our forever home through finance and all the way to closing. With out him, we wouldnt of continued the process he was there every step of the way. For every issue , hiccup he listened to things and provided advice and encouragement in areas where he had no control over and things way above his head. Especially things that had nothing to do with the sale. If he couldnt fix it, he found someone who could or make it right. My wife and I went to Palm harbor to see if there were alternatives to building a home. We had been looking to build for over 2 years and had found property to build on. However with the influx of people into the Austin area the cost to build quickly got out of our affordability range and we needed to see what other options we had. We met with Matt and he was able to help us with our dilemma. He listened to what we were looking for and then assisted us to find a home with the options and land that suited our needs at the price point we could afford. He answered all our questions and never pressured us in any way to make a decision right away. After deciding to look further in the quality of the company he took us to the manufacturing floor and went thru the whole construction process and answered all our questions to ensure we knew that we were getting a quality home. The quality of the materials and the way Palm harbor builds homes is outstanding and from all I have seen is in some way better than a site build house we were looking at building prior to looking at Palm Harbor. Every time we had questions Matt went out of his way to answer us quickly and accurately. He assisted us with financing and whenever things stumbled along with the finance company Matt was able to keep things on track and ensured we were taken care of. So far the process has been great and except for the weather delaying some things we are very happy with the service and quality of what we are buying. If you are looking for great options for a new home, Matt is the person to talk with!!

My housing consultant Chris Garcia was patient, clear in what was required of me and willing to take me through the steps one by one if need be. What is an originally grueling and difficult task was made into a pleasure due to the help given to us. We’ve all had experiences with shady, pushy sleazeball type salesman whether it’s when buying a car or trying to purchase a home... Once in a while you meet a sales professional who defies that stereotype and truly doesn’t fit in amongst his peers. When we first met Christopher Garcia we instantly knew he wasn’t one of those typical sleezy “manufactured home sales guys” Chris was courteous and professional throughout our interaction! He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to quality construction as well as navigating the complicated mortgage approval process! When deciding who to work with for one of the largest purchases will make throughout your entire life it’s important to work with someone who is incredibly knowledgeable, hard-working and super hungry to earn and keep your business! Chris isn’t afraid to go the extra mile and many times while working with him my wife and I thought, “what is a super customer service oriented professional guy like Chris doing working for Palm Harbor?” He is the type of guy that will move up quickly into management or will be recruited out to another companies leadership team. Matt Thompson was my sales rep, on our first visit he spent 5+ hours with us answering every detailed question we had and was 100% honest amd realistic, he continued to make us feel like a first priority always, and he was there for us everytime we needed him or had questions, less than 24hr response with answers always from everyone. I would recommend this location to anyone I know, we drove the extra miles to go specifically here and it was definitely worth it!!!! I can not think of one compliant at all, they were amazing!!!! I never had to worry about anything, they took care of everything, even the problems with the city on modulars being in city limits. I LOVE MY HOUSE!!!
