We’ve been on the hunt for our forever home and my husband’s family recommended checking out Overland Grove. Devon was such a professional. She’s great at REALLY listening to our needs and making us feel comfortable with the process. She was very considerate and responsive, sending us pics and videos along with lots of information about the area. She made us feel heard without feeling pressured and that is very much appreciated. We’re looking forward to finding the right home for us and we’re one step closer with Devon’s help.

Im so happy we chose this community to build in. Its in a convenient location, it has high quality homes, and the architectural style is beautiful. Devon Hunter has been our chief point of contact throughout this process, and we are very thankful for that. She consistently went the extra mile for us at every step, making sure we fully understood all the choices that needed to be made, the cost of building, the timeline, the materials, etc. We are very grateful for her patience in answering our questions, walking us through this journey, and being responsive and pleasant throughout. Devon is awesome! Trying to plan for the future and find the right community for this new chapter has been nerve racking. But she immediately put me at ease and answered all our questions. And believe me, we have so many questions. But Devon has been patient every step of the way, without pressuring us the way many of the competitors have. I can see a future in the Overland Grove community. Now its just a matter of choosing which home is right for me!

She made sure we were well informed, she listened to what our needs for a home are, she stays in constant with us and gives us updates on what is coming available, as well as, what to expect if we decide to build.
