We love our new house in Overland Grove Community! It is a great family friendly area & we have enjoyed it thus far. Our favorite parts are our daily walks along the greenway path, being a bike ride away from the elementary school, the neighborhood playground and swimming pool is 10/10! Highly recommend Overland Grove!

The community is fullOf young families and fullOf life. Exactly what we were looking for when choosing a new home. Great parks. We love our new home. Cars are good at driving slower, especially when we put out our “caution kids playing” sign.

Great new community only 20 min from downtown and 10 min from Lake Ray Hubbard. It has great amenities for kids & families like a modern playground, resort-style pool, and frisbee golf course. Its location offers two easy routes to downtown for commuters (80 or 20) to avoid backups.

David Perez is the gospel of Taylor Morrison. He was so knowledgeable and very transparent with requests that I was attempting to make. He knows his product and hes a stellar seller.If these homes werent so close together and I could make some changes he would definitely get a sale from me.
