One of the springs for our garage door broke and I proceeded to call around for quotes. I asked for recommendations from co-workers and our community Facebook group. I had a few recommendations for Overhead door Company and their prices were on par to what other companies quoted. They returned my call first thing in the morning and before lunch they had a technician ready to meet. I met with Jeremy who quickly proceeded with the work. Jeremy had completed the work in less than 30 minutes, and he was off to save another persons day!

Our garage door decided it wanted to close at a slant, and then not close at all late at night. I was referred by my parents and called the next morning. Within a few hours, maybe two, and only due to being on another call, Jeremy was at our house. I was surprised someone was able to come out due to being so close to Christmas (days before), and even on the same day. About 45 minutes later our door was fixed. Jeremy was kind, told me exactly what the problem was, showed me what was happening, and gave pricing before fixing anything.

I am the property manager at U Store It wolflin Ave, I have had this company out to my business to replace springs in doors here at the storage facility.I have spoke to Chuck over the phone and he is a very polite individual.I will only use this company for the stores in our area and will give the appropriate review each time.The work they have done on my units was for a 75 year young lady who could not open her door so I would go open the door for her each time she visited the property for something in her unit.I am happy with the work and professionalism.Thank you

Best garage door company in town! And great customer service! Called and asked some questions had a guy come out to do an estimate and 2 days later had the install, it was fast and these guys where great!! If you are a first responder they give great discounts, and if you want the best customer service in town this is the place! Thank you for fixing our garage doors and making it able to park in our garage again just in time for the cold weather! Y’all rock!

Calvin & Eric were on time, did an excellent job installing and did not rush to get the job done. It took a little longer than their initial estimate, but that was partially my fault. Highly recommend using this company

Excellent service! John came out to fix a cable that had come loose, and the service didn’t stop there! He continued to check the tension and adjustment of everything and then lube all of the wheels and hinges to help get rid of the squeaks! Thanks John and Gary!!
