Orellana Construction removed and replaced our concrete driveway, and widened it to give us more parking space. Luis was great to work with, promptly responding to any inquiry, and keeping us informed at every step of the project. He went above and beyond what was required, and we appreciate it. With increasing need to replace an aging roof and aging pipes, we began researching contractors. Through friends, and their friends, and a long history of satisfied customers, it was recommended that we contact Orellana Construction. From the start of the inspection, through the repairs and follow-up, Orellana Construction personnel demonstrated professionalism and expertise. We were pleased with the owners reviewing our needs and budget, as well as the quotation. The replacements and construction were completed in three days and we could not be happier! We highly recommend anyone to consider contacting Orellana Construction for construction needs or renovation work.

Due to the freeze, I had a pipe burst which ruined both my kitchen and dining room ceiling, as well as my flooring. Orellana Construction quickly came in and tore out the old ceiling and replaced it in about three days. Then the flooring came out and was replaced, also in just a few days. It’s honestly been a relief to have my home returned to normal.Bonuses:They moved my furniture as the flooring was being replaced and moved it all back to the right place.They set up appointments very quickly to get the jobs done.They hauled away trash from the demolition.

Orellana Construction completed our back patio in a yard that was in desperate need of a solution. They provided consulting about ways to address the muddy drainage issues and provided a quote free of charge. Once the project began, we were kept abreast of all progress, and they returned after it was completed to ensure we were happy. I would recommend this company to others and use them again myself.

Jose Orellana with Orellana Construction is the best contractor in the Houston area. I have used him for several projects including a kitchen and dining room re-design, master bathroom update, above garage attic to guest room conversion, and most recently a covered patio build out. His knowledge and vision for design show through in all the little details. Projects are always finished within the time frame given.

This company was very professional and very clean. They laid down tarps and plastic coverings in high traffic areas and when we returned from our trip, our house was intact. The communication was great and I would definitely use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
