Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Small, so not a lot of traffic in and out. My only complaint is there is no playground! Place for dogs to play but not kids? I understand the neighborhood is small but in one of these green spaces can yall squeeze in a jungle gym :) The yards are so small its really unfair for the kids. With the majority of the homes being 2-story, families with kids are bound to make up the majority of the neighborhood. More kids than dogs I would bet..
